Repco Marden

Very poor customer service. Didn't know how to process a Repco gift card I was given and inferred it was my problem. I paid cash then had to call headoffice for them and they explained how to do it in the future.
Will never go back there again.

Repco Marden South Australia, I dropped in 24/4/2023 to purchase a 5 litre Shell Helix HX-5 15w - 40 Engine Oil on "Sale" & 5 litre Repco Pre mix Green Coolant. Time Efficient Service, Easy In & Out

Up until today great, normally 4 star but today not even 1 star, turned off completely now for the total lack of customer service, had to go elsewhere, very disappointed.

Excellent service, knowledgeable staff. Michael and Tahlia were very friendly even though I came in just before closing they were happy to help.
The store is always clean and neat.

They were very helpful and knowledgeable. Helped me get the job done and guided me to get the best results.

Big thanks to the staff member at Repco Marden for assisting me with a flat battery. Most appreciated.

Liam helped me get some ‘hard to get’ parts for my car and they came in from another store very quickly. Great service.

Went to get rotors and pads for my ve. I replaced the rotors but didn't need the pads. They refunded me straight away with no questions asked. Good place to get your car parts

Small store with a fairly limited range, but in a useful location if you are heading north east.

The team are always helpful and have provided me with great pricing and advice.

Great service and quality parts, versus some of the parts I previously bought online and the headaches with returns or wrong parts.

Great customer service experience. Evangelo is a asset to this company and store, he was super helpful and friendly.

Staff at the front was super friendly. He was a young male. Helpful too.

But I had a bad experience with a staff at the back. This guy was an older gentleman (white hair, sitting down at the back), and when I wandered near the back he asked me if I needed any help. I said 'oh I'm just looking around'. And he replied 'well you don't look around here, you look around at the front'.

And then I asked if they had any detailing brushes. He said 'yeah everything's at the front'. Without really helping me at all.

Got super bad vibes off that guy. Took my shopping elsewhere after that.

Customer service was really good helpful and definitely knew what there talking about when it comes to car parts

They had a hard to find Silicon goo, got there just on closing time but you wouldn't know it staff was happy to help, what I wanted was on the shelves but he offered to look out back and found it. Very happy as it was closing time and he could of said sorry don't have any.

A good range, helpful staff and RAA members discount. Be sure to check the hours as they always seem to close a bit earlier than I expect on weekends.

Really helpful staff and friendly. Prices were quite competitive with other stores and i got even better price on some of the products i was looking for. Range of products is a bit low compared to something like supercheapauto but prices are better and they have almost everything you need, just in limited choices.
Will definitely check prices with you guys next time before going to supercheapauto.

Ok I could not buy what I needed, but I did not know that until the guy in this store explained to me the facts about my car and that what I was looking for is only available at a few places. He then told me who to see and it worked out great. Really appreciated his assistance.
