Repco Kidman Park

Went in today 20th September 2023 at around 11 35a.m. Served by a youngish guy with a beard. He was abrupt- bordering on rude. There's just no need for it.

Hello to Repco/ Spares box I have not received ant satisfactory explanation as to where my ORDER PAID FOR sandblasting cabinet is.
I have spoken to the Repco workshop rep and He is in agreeance that Spares box Advertised a sandblaster for sale NOT a piece of Perspex. I will take this matter as far as I can. I will contact Repco Australia which I believe owns Sparesbox. I will also my Capricorn representative of Repco and will permanently block Our workshop from buying using and dealing with this company. I did not make the mistake in advert, I see you pulled my second order with rubbish about no stock when there was plenty at the time of purchase.

Went there today. My partner took some parts in to get matched up. As in the past we have done this at Repco.
The guy behind the special parts desk wasn't helpful at all.
'We don't stock a lot of o-ring kits, they are over here'. Didn't even want to help.

Upon further research, they sell the o ring kit we were after on the website and was at another Repco store.

Terrible that you don't look at your other stores to still get the business but recommend a completely different company.

If you're looking for a place that is not interested in providing customer service above "they're over here" then look no further.

I recommend ordering online or going elsewhere.

Very helpful and friendly assistant who went out of his way help me. Also good price with RAA discount.

Red was the best. Super helpful, patient, and knows his stuff. Really loved that guy, he made me come back for more parts.
Literally will be checking this Repco first for anything I need before going anywhere else. All cause of Red!

Con from Repco Fulham Gardens provided great service. The original wiper blades I purchased did not fit my model Kia.
He offered to come out to the carpark and check the blades on my car. He even clipped the new ones in place to make sure they fitted correctly.
I can highly recommend this Repco store and the service provided by Con.

Really lovely staff and very helpful with product selection. Quick service and easy parking in front.

My husband has a very bad back and asked if they could fit the wipers on. The wipers cost 90 dollars and he would have been happy to pay extra. Not they said no. So you just lost a sale and we are never going back.

Fluids and filters are cheap soemtimes with the RAA discounts

Hopeless, pre-order, wait a week, ring to confirm order is ready only to drive all the way in and they have no idea where my order is. Finally found half the order, need to go back in and find the other half

Rubbish. Very very very expensive. Wasn't asked for help. Lady in the store looked at me that was it. I was there with couple grand to spend. Oh well, don't judge a book by its cover. Supercheap any day!

Great customer service by Con, very helpful and knows his products. Also very well display of products in the store, easy to find what you are looking for

Went to the Port Adelaide Repco store staff there were brilliant, however they didn't have the parts I required, they looked up what store would have the parts required and referred me to the Kidman Pk store, they phoned the Kidman Park Repco to see if they would except cash, Kidman Park Repco never answered the calls, so I drove down there BRCAUSE I HAVE ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD RIGHT. NOT
To be told at the Kidman Park Repco store they don't take cash in the safety of Staff customers

REPCO IF YOUR SO CONCERNED CLOSE YOUR STORE AND DON'T EVEN TAKE PHONE ORDERS.

FROM WHAT I WITNESSED IN YOUR STORE, WAS A BLOKE LEANING ACROSS THE COUNTER ENGAGING IN DISCUSSION OVER A BATTERY PACK/CHARGER WITH A STAFF MEMBER HE WAS SO CLOSE HE COULD HAVE KISSED HER ON THE FOREHEAD.
THE OTHER STAFF MEMBER WAS THKING PHONE ORDERS GRABBING STOCK OFF THE SHELVES (TAPE TO BE EXACT) THAT CUSTOMERS HAVE PROBABLY BEEN HANDLING ALL DAY. BUT THATS OK RIGHT

IN SHORT REPCO WONT EXCEPT CASH. AND YET I'M EXPECTED TO EXCEPT STOCK THAT CUSTOMERS AND/OR STAFF (RANGING FROM WAREHOUSE STAFF, DELIVERY DRIVERS, STORE CUSTOMERS & STORE STAFF) BEFORE I HAVE HANDLED THE PARTS/PRODUCTS.

I DONT SEE ANYONE SANITISING ANY STOCK THAT PEOPLE HAVE HANDLED ALL DAY, NOR DO I SEE ANY HAND SANITISERS ON THE COUNTER OR STAFF WITH GLOVES ETC ETC AND YET REPCO DOESN'T EXCEPT MY CASH

REPCO HAS LOST ME AS A CUSTOMER FROM THIS POINT FORWARD AS A RESULT OF YOUR CONTRADICTORY PRACTICES.

ON A POSITIVE NOTE THE STAFF AT BOTH PORT ADELAIDE REPCO AND KIDMAN PARK REPCO WERE POLITE AND PROFESSIONAL

Walked in to Repco at Kidman park. Asked for a z418 oil filter. Was handed a Ryco filter. I asked for the price. I was told $27. I said, that can't be right. The boy behind the counter replied, "oh, so your an expert? ".
I walked out. Drove to Supercheap auto, and bought the same Ryco z418 oil filter for $16
The boy behind the counter had terrible customer service skills, I don't think he wanted too work, or serve customers.

Great staff that are friendly and helpful.
Good range of products available.

I purchased a heat gun that was on special and really happy with the purchase price and product.

Absolutely useless customer service. I tried to order a headlight globe for my car but they never ordered it. I ended up going in three times to try and get one ordered but no one could figure it out. Like how hard is it to order in a light bulb.staff there probably not brighter enough to be scrubbing toilets.

Repco has a great variety of automotive parts and accessories at good prices. I have been visiting Repco since long time for all the accessories and parts requirement. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Highly recommended.

I trust these guys (and gal) to help me out every time, and they always try their best. Never disappointed. Even when what i want doesnt exist, they still have a go looking.

This is a good Repco store I would recommend it over other Repco stores if you may have a problem with one. This store helped me when I was suffering a bad time.
