Very helpful on the phone (spoke to Peter in Mount Gambier Repco), was willing to help search for a product. Jumped in the car went down straight away and purchase the item and we r very happy with it. Thankyou Peter in Mount Gambier!

On my trip to Mount Gambier, I ended up in this Repco store because my car had a possible tyre puncture and all tyre repairs shops were closed. And due to long weekend there was no hope. So I went into the Repco store with a basic question to find some help. I met Josh at the store and explained him my situation. I was amazed by his great customer service and his attitude to help me with the problem that I had. He went above and beyond and helped me with getting a temporary solution for the problem. Thanks very much Josh. You are fabulous!

Bloke at counter scoffed @ getting a tie rod for older model car. Said ' no listing, has to be special made. ' Went next door, they can get it for $60.

Easy park out front right next to Autobarn so compare prices Repco will always do a better deal than the ticket price you just have to ask well stocked as good as the best Repco anywhere.staff very customer oriented so don't feel stupid to ask a dumb question as these guys want you to be happy with your purchase and will help you get the best products for your budget.most of not all Repco branded stuff is top quality anyhow.love Mt Gambier love Repco.

Excellent service. Went in for new windscreen wipers, they fitted them for me and then polished and defogged my headlights for free!

Would be great if i could get the part im after the first time just once. I try and support the smaller business but im not going back. So often i tell them exactly what i need, most of the time with part numbers and all and i still end up getting given the wrong part. Ive been a cutomer for 5 years and they cant even give me the right wiper for a ve Commodore.they are good blokes to deal with but c'mon just once can i get the right part!? This time it was a gasket for my 2.8 hilux and i only found out after i took it apart and since i live 45mins away i cant just run back into town to swap it over, its really frustrating.

Considering the phones ringing and the line of customers, the service was fast and friendly. Happy to come back.
