Did a great job on securing our cars and gate works perfectly even with the slope of out hill thease guys go all out and dont take shortcuts thay do the job right the first time highly recommended long as you can wait a bit cause thay keep doing jobs like this thay will always be busy thank you guys

The gate and posts were made to a high standard unfortunately the installation was a not.

The two main issues were that the fitters did not backfill around the concrete set for the gate runner and the catch post should have been leveled properly with washers or spacers, not a bit of folded cardboard stuffed in the side.

I fixed them later that day after work and just dropped them an email about it, but to be fair they did offer to fix it at some point.

Maybe on hindsight I should have just left it for them to do!

Steve was on time and came when he said. Helpful, polite and job done as requested. Any alterations or additions were actioned promptly. Highly recommend. A job well done.

Bernie was absolutely fabulous (he's the brother of Steve who is mentioned in other reviews), I can't recommend him highly enough.

We had a couple of tricky spots that needed fencing to stop people falling a few metres. The attached photos show the fencing they installed (the ladder in the second one isn't theirs, they tidy up after themselves).

The first photo shows a great solution Bernie came up with (much better that our initial drawing where the fence stepped down a couple of times, the sloping fence really softened it).

And it was installed in the week that he said it would be (! - does this ever happen?). Lovely fellow as well so all round it was a fantastic experience. Highly highly recommend.

Can't thank these blokes enough for the amazing job on our entire colourbond fence with a pedestrian gate and stated colourbond automatic gates for the driveway. Extremely prompt from the initial contact, quote was sorted quickly and very competitive pricing. Installation was smooth with the guys completing the work to a high standard. So very impressed with Reliance Fencing and definitely recommend to anyone looking for an honest, reliable, no BS business who will get the job done on time and to a high standard.

Steve and Reliance fencing were fantastic! We spoke with quite a few fencing/gate companies before we found Steve and I am so glad we did.
Steve was one of the best prices for a quality job to be done. He knew what he was talking about and answered all our questions along the way with no worries.
Steve is great with communicating, and kept us up to date with timeframes for the job to be done, and did it within the timeframe he said from the start.
He worked well with other trades, and they only had positive things to say about Steve too.
We had an automatic double sliding gate and single gate and the guys who installed them we proactive in making sure it all fitted well and was what we wanted.
A big 5 stars for these guys!

What an easy experience! Steve was out the next day after requesting a quote and made sure he ran through everything with me thoroughly as I had no i idea. Suggested some great ideas about where to run the power to our gate for less disruption to our front garden which no other company had suggested! Drew us a diagram with our quote to explain what was to be done and we had it within a week. We were unable to be home when it was being done but this wasn't a problem for Steve and we've now come home to a beautiful, easy to use front sliding gate to keep the kids in. Cant recommend Reliance Fencing enough, great customer service and great communication at all times! Thanks Steve and Reliance Fencing Group!

Reliance Fencing / Steve (Lonsdale SA) - Absolutely useless!
Apart from the 1st visit (9 Feb), I always contact them (asking if they have done a quote yet (got no reply), ring again asking the same (no reply), ring again and finally the phone is answered- they never contact me.
The last contact (with Steve) was advising they are afraid of pulling out old fence and foundation under 4 pillars (yet no-one else seems to have a problem with it.
I ask, can supply/install fence only if I remove old fence/foundations.
His answer was 'yes we can do that no problem, I'll send you a quote'. And guess what - still waiting.
I send another followup (25 Feb) asking for quote - still nothing.
Over 3 weeks trying to get a quote!
So if you have a little bit of foundation that needs digging up from your old fence - my suggestion is to save yourself much hassle and not contact Reliance Fencing ;)
Very disappointed that a potential customer has to always to contact them and have now contacted other businesses that seem far more reliable that are happy to do the full job and have received quotes within a couple of days.

The service provided from quoting through to installation has been exceptional. Reliance have gone out of their way to ensure we were happy with the end product. The finished product is definitely worth the dollars paid.

Excellent service. So glad we went fully frameless. Finished job is much better than expected and I have no hesitation in recommending this business.
