All of the staff are friendly and informative, but some seem a little biased when asked and sometimes even needing to be pushed for advice on how to deal with difficult people and situations. With all things considered however, they do offer some good advice.

The Friday before the week of my first appointment, having already waited 6+ weeks for this appointment, received a text message at 5pm advising my upcoming appointment and my next scheduled appointment had been cancelled due to the counsellor taking extended leave.
Now I have to wait another 5 weeks for an appointment.
Text message provided me with a number to call, which I did at 5: 01pm to which I got an automated message saying office hours had closed.
Extremely disappointed that after already waiting so long for an appointment, it was just cancelled, along with my second booked appointment. No attempt was made to find a different counsellor, or a way around this situation to support me the customer. This should have been handled via phone call, some compassion, and decent customer service.

Rachel has been a reliable wonderful beam of light during very tough/stressful times for myself and my relationships. Her guidance has helped me understand myself better. Rachel has provided education (trained in gottman) as well as therpay and this has lead to long term changes in my life. I have used this services online from the comfort of my home for the past almost three years. Their front desk staff (espeically nathan) have always listened and been very understanding of any emergencies appointments, to accessing support when urgent. As well very accomadating to settingly payments and setting up bookings for normal appointments. Honestly, i cannot reccomend her enough. Thanks Nadia

The girl I was assigned kept re scheduling and cancelling I asked for someone with some better consistency. They said they would get me someone but never got back to me I chased up and had no reply. This service failed me.

A few years on (from 2014) and I still occasionally find myself wondering why I was dropped as a client all of a sudden. That happening deeply saddened me for a very long time. I was greatful for the chance to have a regular release while it lasted. Even if I was dismissed without my consent which was very strange.

None the less, for the positives I give three stars. If you get a good therapist, it'll worth using their service.

Some mixed feelings, but was happy with the person I dealt with, considering the constraints she was working under. NB. If you're going to them for mediation of a separation or divorce, including financial assets, it’s essential to talk to a lawyer beforehand! The mediators won't comment on the fairness of any agreement you come to, and their neutrality is likely to lead you to the (possibly false) conclusion that they consider your spouse’s proposals to be fair and reasonable. So, don’t agree to anything before speaking to a lawyer. If you don’t do that, and you're still distraught about the breakdown of your marriage (or even if you’re just trying hard to keep things as amicable as possible) it would be easy for your spouse to pressure you into agreeing to terms you will regret later. The most the mediator can do is to suggest you see a lawyer; beyond that, they won’t comment, no matter how ridiculous the demands of your spouse might be!

Worst experience ever! Case was not delt with appropriately and just completely dissatisfied with the service no reasonable explanation or proof or anything just back right in behind the mother!
