Regis Playford

Watched a staff member today sit and stare at her phone for almost 30mins while patients went unattended to. One poor lady was walking around using a chair as a walker while staff did nothing. Lunch was late by 25mins as well. Pretty disappointing "care" being provided

Disgusting! Kicked my 87 year old Grandfather out to the streets knowing that this place was his home as he knew it with no warnings nor did they provide any reasoning to do so. Staff were lovely and so were facilities shame the foundation (Management) were completely unethical and imcompetent. Do not recommend.

Our Dad started in Respite and is now a Permanent Resident. He is having so much fun, busy doing activities during the week, making friends and interacting with other Residents. He's definitely enjoying the food and the morning, afternoon tea and supper.
He is being so well looked after and we are so grateful to everyone at Regis Playford for making Dad feel so welcome and included in everything

I loved working here it was a great nursing home I have reapplied to work back here again lovely staff I hope to work back here one day

Its the worst I was called for an interview and got stood up when I got there because of my color, and they sent an email saying I was rejected. Utterly disgracefully behaviour.

The catheter was taken out of our grandpa on Xmas day. Cause he couldn't urinate. Was not monitored by nurses at all for one and a half weeks. Until he had abdominal pain sent to hospital. Infection went through his whole body. He died yesterday. Neglected is an understatement. Reported regis to authorities so it doesn't happen to someone else. Only send people here if you want them to die. Would have givin 0 stars if I could of

My Great Nanna lives here and loves the facility. She was not happy moving in but with much kind and gentle perseverance from ALL staff she now calls it home.
Fantastic, clean and well layed out facility with lots to do.
Keep up the great work Regis Playford.

The activity program is second to none with so many options for the residents and the staff are helpful and caring.

Slightly poor handling of my fathers passing. Would call me if he had a "fall" out of his bed, but neglected to call when his breathing was strange the night he passed. Not to mention calling me saying he had passed when they could not legally confirm this due to no doctor being present or available until mid morning (father passed at 4am.)

My experience with Regis has been 'top notch'. It was large and spacious with lots of lounge areas to sit with my family. We recently had a family function which the facility helped us with. Staff are happy and smiling. I am really impressed with Regis Playford.

I wonder if the elderly here are healthy, because the staff couldn't spend few minutes without smoking. When you go near them they stink of smoke. Poor elderly staying here. Is there any regulations on smoking with aged facilities? This really needs attention.
