Absolutely disgusted with the way these people “looked after”my grandmother, she fell out bed three times and now has two black eyes they only put padding on the floor after the second time.you’d think the beds would have side rails to prevent roll outs. Really pathetic guys

Lovely facility with a charm about it. The staff are happy, friendly and smiling. My experience has been fantastic.
