I hired the venue out and all the security and bar staff at the palace, hidden pour, and Reds square.are absolutely golden would definitely work with them again, highly recommended.again

I went to a party and asked only for tap water. There was an Asian guy serving, he saw me and he just refused to serve! I wasn’t even asking for alcohol… very very disappointing to be in the queue and get a “no” for water whiteout any reason.

The bartender with glasses is SO RUDE to everyone. All the time.

The female staff they hire for bar are always like that to customers. It doesn’t leave a good taste in people’s mouths.

Security are nowhere to be seen and absolutely useless when you need them. I’ve seen so many people get jumped inside reds and none of them broken up by security. If you get spiked you get thrown into the gutter out of the side door, instead of an ambulance called.

Awful security, was grabbed very aggressively and thrown out by one despite doing nothing wrong. No wonder this place is rated so poorly

Great scenery for the voyeristic persons, elegant decor. Extraordinary live musicians with exceptional ambiance, I would go as far to say I would host a christening here. Recommended for any person with good taste and a developed palatte.

This place is way over hyped. It is very small and cramped. Drinks are overpriced. Music is way too loud. Venue smells awful. Owner has a questionable reputation. Security can be unnecessarily heavy handed with young patrons. This place really has very little going for it unless you are pinging hard and want to stare at the light up dance floor.

A whorish looking 16 year old girl let loose her recently consumed teriyaki chicken dinner all over my brand new yeezys. I paid $2000 for these and now they smell like a Chinese toilet.

Entry fee is quite expensive, the floor is really sticky and gross, and the music is pretty average

The place is awful, sticky floors, homophobic and ridiculously expensive drinks and I enjoy loud music but it goes over the top. Never going there again.

This venue turned away a group of deaf patrons, mocking and abusing them, calling them "too stupid" to come into their "VIP venue". Spending your money here is supporting discrimination and endorsing their disgusting behavior. Shame on them.

Prick bouncers, generic edm tunes, claustrophobic layout, charged up loose units galore, and multiple fights every night.

Basically, you'll want to be on something to even try to enjoy this place. Bad vibes all around.

Disgusting customer service. VIP Asian girl was extremely rude and not professional at all to our party. Then tried to rip us off on a bottle then I see her pocket some cash.just dodgy. How about not hiring scum of the earth staff that don't try to over charge customer and steal.

For anyone who has been, Reds is what it is. You can have a great time or bad time. You will never know

Horrible and overcrowded. Floors are sticky and there is no where near enough ventilation inside. Just a sweaty club filled with teenagers on pills.
