Alanah at the Mile End store was so amazing! She helped me for about an hour, tracking down specific items that I wanted to purchase from different stores interstate. She was so helpful and patient. Such amazing customer service, thank you!

Worst service ever. If I could give no stars, I would have! No one to help in the store. Two cashiers serving one customer and so I waited and waited…Finally I get served; get asked the same question twice. No thanks for waiting, no bag-just vacant stares. I don’t understand why it takes two people to serve one customer. As I leave both servers are smirking to themselves - on my receipt I was served by Fiona or Alannah-absolutely terrible! Avoid this store at all costs-go to the Marion store where the service is much better.

Love this place, parking is terrible but beyond their control. They sell everything you may need, sports bottles, shoes, backpacks, travel bags, water shoes. I always come here to buy my clothes and shoes. The female department is a tad small with a range of clothes, such as jumpers for women in little supply, but don't mind wearing their men's jumpers. Staff are super helpful and polite too.

Extremely poor customer service. Took ages to find a staff member & even then they were serving other people in between trying to serve me. In the end I walked out.

Poor customer service, unfortunately I have to confirm it as well. It took them 10 min to get my click &collect staff. It would've been much quicker to get it from the shelf myself. Today a young lady had no idea how to assist me when I was looking for swimming gear for children. She looked for answers on a computer in the warehouse area, it took forever again. When back wasn't even keen to show me where to look for kids swimming gear. More training is required Rebel, overall poor performance.

After a 2 hour drive and at just about close of business for the day I Called in here to see if I could buy an air pump for a fitness air track mattress (I had no idea what type of air pump that I needed as it has a weird connection and I only had a picture of it with me) and although they didn’t have what I needed, the Staff were Absolutely Amazing.
One young girl (I wish I could remember her name) jumped onto the internet while I stood there and found exactly what I needed and where I could get it from
I Drove home the next day with my new pump and saved myself another day of stress, aggravation and wasting time trying to explain what I needed to another half a dozen employees at different stores…

Poor customer service. It was apparent from the rude person serving us that she would rather be doing something else.

Super quick service, pick up and go. Ready on time and the staff were willing to help.
Huge range of sporting goods

The staff are helpful and very knowledgeable without being salesy.
There is a very good selection of sports equipment. This is my favourite sports store in Adelaide.

The sales people were great. When we said we were just looking they we're happy to let us look, but as soon as we needed help we didn't have to wait for ages. The product we bought was on sale at a good price and they helped load it into the car. All in all, very happy.

Good store what you would expect from a decent rebel. Helpful staff, easy parking out front in the home maker centre

Don't have things in stock. "You can buy this more expensive one" is their solution, when asked if things are coming back into stock "Probably not for months and months" but still leave them out to falsely advertise what they have.classic bait and switch to try and upsell

No matter which rebel you go into someone greets you. Range is good prices are good and staff are well trained.

Cost and range of Women's runners disappointing, mens runners were better. Hubby happy with his runners which he got on special.

Had to buy soccer Boots for my little man. Staff were expert at fitting his feet and very friendly

Heaps more in stock than other places much bigger store, staff were good and picked up quickly for my enquiry

No in-store service and range of runners is very poor. Half the store is dedicated to clothing.
