Reading Cinemas West Lakes

Good cinema, nice and tidy and good price too, but chairs aren’t comfy much,
They need to put new comfy chairs.

Last night i went to watch five nights at freddy’s.amazing movie and the seats were so comfortable, it would have been perfect except the whole movie was ruined by the teenage boys that were talking, ‘moaning’, recording flash videos and being obnoxious.i really wish the staff did something because there was a lot of people in that cinema complaining about it.i felt unsafe and uneasy until we left.

Well this $5 movie day went off huge!
People rolled in and out all day to grab a cheap movie.
If this didn't prove that lowering prices on tickets will pull in the people and the bonus is theyll make some money on food and drinks. And all the restaurants locally had the overflow!

Not very often do I visit the cinemas but I did go & I even got myself a pizza from their menu where I was given a buzzer to notify me when my pizza was ready. I waited & waited & no buzz, the movie starts & I’m still waiting, I notice that someone had tried to call me so I decided to walk out of the cinema briefly. It was the cinema itself calling me, I went to the front counter to ask about my pizza & had to yell out to the workers who were in the office chatting away. They said my pizza was ready & I needed to collect it at a different section so I did. Not only did I receive a cold pizza that day I also missed out on some of the movie.

Very happy with the wheelchair access, the customer service, the overall cleanliness and the entire experience. Well done team, great job. Thanks.

Nice spacious cinema hall with great projection and sound. Be mindful of the parking though.

Very nice decor. Would be better if they had layback seats in their other cinema rooms too

Movie was fine. Spending $80 on food in gold class that was missing items and some inedible isn't ideal!

I am just sitting in cinema 2 paid top dollar for two seats to see Avatar and it is disgustingly dirty, popcorn on seats and floor, cups on tables etc. I just went downstairs to let the staff know…. No one still has come to clean. So disappointing let’s hope the movie prevails

They had 1 guy at the counter. Not enough staff imo.

I put some money to play mario kart but the machine malfunctioned.

The guy at the counter said a manager will check it out. No1 came. Kind of annoying

It was bad service. I Brough my tickets to the movie and ordered my food. The man did not asked where I wanted to sit and sat us right at the back. He told us to sit anywhere in the theatre. He looked annoyed with me when taking my order. I then realised he did not give me my tickets, When coming back for the tickets, he fished them out of the bin (not very hygienic and I have OCD and can not touch anything with germs) and shoved them in my hand and looked annoyed that I dare ask for my tickets. When sitting in the theatre (as said previously) we sat anywhere. We had to move due to other people having those seats. Not very happy and very annoyed with the service

Absolutely awesome time and staff are lovely. Order hot food and pick it up from Gold lounge when your buzzer goes off. We used the photo booth this time too. Awesome memories made and kiss enjoyed arcade games before going home.

It would be nice if all the chairs in titan Max cinema worked! Come on guys, we had to change seats 3 times the night before last and still my daughter couldn't find one that worked in our row! Very disappointing!

Awesome sound. Treats were way too expensive when you're treating all the grandkids.
Much prefer the Odeon Theatre in Semaphore.

Reading cinemas west lakes has great seats that are really comfy even for plus size people like myself. The cinemas are great and the picture quality and sound quality is good too. I recommend this cinemas. It’s one of the best I’ve ever been to.

On 13/7/2022 I went to see Elvis at thr Reading West Lakes. I was very impressed with the helpful & friendly staff working that afternoon, especially Matthew.

Awesome cinema, the whole place is like Gold class with individual reclining leather chairs and your own swivel table

Love the prices and the food but i just wish the seats were a little bit more comfortable in the normal cinema as i was greatly uncomfortable) :

Normally love it here, but was very substandard this time. Ordering took forever, and was wrong in the end, then food and drinks took forever. One of the meals was shockingly small. Staff didn't seem to know what they were doing, and the cinema had popcorn and rubbish on the seats when we entered, so obviously hadn't been cleaned in between movies. Lucky the screen, the chairs, and the sound were awesome!
