Great customer service. Very friendly staff who took the time to chat about the landscaping questions. Ordered over the phone and they arrived early the next day. Load amount was absolutely spot on for my needs. Can't recommend them enough.

I’ve been using railways for around a year now, they have a great selection of mulch, irrigation, lawn care products and some solid advice to go with it.

Needed a new sump pump. Phil was very helpful on the phone, working out what would suit us best and got it from another site. When it turned out to be faulty (not their issue) he arranged for a replacement without any issues and even made sure I had some recompense for having to make a second trip to exchange the pumps.and I should mention that the price was about half what I'd pay for the same model elsewhere.

I recently had a project for a new Lawn Irrigation system.
So I dropped in without notice.
The helpful team took my measurements and helped to design a sprinkler systems to suit my needs. They took the time to make to design using graph paper and make sure it was all to scale.

After I did the hard work of the install and cutting up the lawn. I needed to change a sprinkler head. I dropped in to buy an additional head. The same person served me and remembered me.

He gave me a new head at no cost and said just drop the other one back in next time I am driving past. I made sure I did this.

Such a great service. I will be sure to tell all my friends and family about the service.

Popped-in over the weekend to find a solution for some plumbing on my new tank. Spoke with Alex who deciphered my clueless ramblings with patience and good humour.

I get soil and garden thingie from there, bunning are expensive if u r renovating ur garden or maintaining it.

Good and friendly team. Got the delivery same day. Had 2 cracked pavers which were replaced on the next day with no issues.

I have purchased landscape supplies from Railways for many years and they never disappoint. Good range of products, friendly, helpful and delivery is always prompt. Trucks are nice and clean, no cross contamination of material and the drivers always dump it in exactly the right place.

Called up and based on the phone call was going to shiop somewhere else. The person was unfriendly and said they were unwilling to put extra effort in to help with my needs. I went into the yard and talked with Luke who completely changed my opinion. He was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me get exactly what i needed. He is an employee you want to keep and I will be back because of him.
