Quest Whyalla

This visit to Quest Whyalla is most disappointed. I booked a one bedroom apartment. The air conditioner in living and bed room both not working with today a hot day and not nice to live here.
After over a year I visited the Hotel again now everything is good and nice and AC all work in order. The staff are very friendly. Hotel give better rate and will come again.

We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which was really lovely. Felt like a bit of luxury after a long trip staying in motels and
dusty locations. Well appointed, extremely spacious, very clean, great kitchen and laundry facilities. Only downside is getting in and out of the bathtub shower felt a little dangerous without a handrail. Couldn't connect to the wifi either for some reason but also never bothered to resolve with staff.

Really enjoying this motel. Housekeeping are second to none. The apartment was really well kept. Front of house efficient and friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my late arrival situation. There isn't an over abundance of car parking but the road facing appears safe enough. Certainly vehicles move regularly so don't feel like I never get a park. Would stay here again willingly.
Edit: Wanted to wash my clothes only to find one domestic washer and dryer for the entire area and a sign that overalls cannot be washed there so workers still have to leave environment after a long day. Complained about the bed and was told it would be sorted soon. Certsinly wasn't fixed while i was there. Check your mattress and divide between your mattresses first if you want a comfortable night. Would put a 5star if laundry was adequate for the clientelle you have and those mattresses were actually replaced not just moved.

Nice and quiet. Brought home take aways. Would have been pleasant out by the BBQ but a bit too windy.

Great service from the staff with modern and new rooms. Convenient location within walking distance to the shopping centre.

Absolutely fabulous. Very friendly staff. For me, the 2 things that help make your room special is a comfortable bed, and a good shower. This room had both. I Highly recommend Quest Whyalla

The room was very clean, staff were friendly and helpful. It is located in an Industrial area of Whyalla very near the Westfield Shopping Centre, so don't expect any views. The complex is quiet - no car noise whatsoever.

Room was small but modern, wifi kept up which is the main thing so very happy.

Part eaten pizza left in room from previous tenant. No gesture of compensation offered. Quick to claim $10 undercharge! Better options available in Whyalla.

Thanks for your reply. This wouldn't have been posted had you been a little more focussed on customer satisfaction than on the $10 you were quick to claim. It would have been appropriate to not ask for this this in my view.

5 star apartments. So nice to stay at. Love it and will be back next time im in whyalla. Cheers

Always a good place to stay. The apartments are well worth it for families with kids. The pool area is good and the beds comfortable.

Nice hotel just like a American hotel close to were you want to eat it up the road from were the coach station but not close to the beach I can live with that I would stay there again

Amazing quality room, with enough space to move around. Best accommodation I have stayed in South Australia for a number of years. Very welcome surprise having driven from Ceduna.

All the attention to detail you expect in a 5 star hotel. Modern, clean and comfortable. An oasis.
