Quest King William South reviews
49I'm not personally staying here but my loved one is, I reached out to Adam at reception and asked for some help to organise a surprise dessert delivery and he couldn't have been nicer about it, being unfamiliar with the area he advised what would work best and happily accepted the delivery until my loved one arrived back to their room, then had it sent up, with candles! Honestly just the best example of customer service, Adam you are a credit to Quest.
Small room but very clean. They provide room service everyday except Sunday I think. Great work from Adam
First night was great I was met by Nick at the front desk who was very helpful and great for information and assistance. What a great start to a stay.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay this weekend. Friendly service at the reception desk, a personalised welcome message and treat from the boss (massive thanks to Taylor and team!) super clean and well equipped apartment and perfectly located only a few walking minutes from Victoria Square. Highly recommended for your next stay in the City!
I had a 10th floor apartment with a balcony and views of the city what’s not to love. Everything was clean and comfortable.
Great service at reception and very accommodating. Modern rooms. Only issue is in the 2 bedroom apartment, the bedroom without the aircon gets very hot if you close the doors. Otherwise no faults.
A 5 day mid week stay, good location close to some really good restaurants and coffee shops, clean and tidy rooms with all the amenities (washer and dryer was great), gym downstairs (didn’t use as I use anytime), need was comfortable and the water pressure in shower was great-
service was good - would stay again
My family and I had a wonderful 2-week stay at Quest King William South. The service from their staff right from booking till checkout was excellent. They also accommodated several changes to our room layout for our baby. Thank you Nik, Adam, Mi, Tatiana and Sukhi taking such good care of us!
Enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Comfortable, clean rooms with good facilities. Close to tram and a decent selection of restaurants. Friendly service.
Perfect location and rooms had EVERYTHING you could want. Loved the small touches like a few complimentary pods for the nespresso machine (yes it had one!) And a chocolate. Great selection of teas including peppermint! Super clean rooms. Staff are amazing
This Quest is the best stay in Adelaide. I shouldn't share my secret. Rooms are great. Staff are fantastic nothing is an issue. Great coffee shop next door in morning, great pub 10 steps away and parking across road. Quick walk to mall if you want to go to city shopping or catch tram.love this place they are amazing!
So I am from India. And this is the first time I am out of India. Staff of Quest is very friendly and helpful specially front staff especially David, Nikhil and Mi are very helpful.
Excellent stay facing North (9th floor) great little kitchen if you want to stay in.
5 mins walk to the city or catch the tram (stop) right out front. Tram takes 25 mins to glorious Glenelg. I would chose Quest over Hilton or Stamford every time.
Nothing what I expected when I arrived, I had to off load all my bags in the middle of the street onto a trolley, (in a blue collar environment), run up off load my bags then go across the road to find parking which is $25 a day to park
To my distress the rooms are so small, there is no balcony as mentioned on their Website. The toilet does not work, it is over priced.
The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was convenient and close to the downtown. Lots of restaurants within short walking distance.
Very poor service from the reception team, from the moment I went to check in. If you are not of the “local” demographic, you won’t be welcome here and treated like second class, specially by the hotel manager, Taylor. I will never stay here, or any Quest for that matter. Absolutely horrified.
Regular for work. Nice place. Staff who want to help. Carpark too far away. This seems to be an Adelaide thing for all hotels. Council scheme i suspect as it looks like they own all the carparks But great value from the hotel.
Very clean and modern, room is quite compact but perfectly adequate. Reception staff friendly and very helpful, for those staying on business, some very good local establishments provide charge back facilities. One minor complaint, the air con unit sounded like it had a severe case of gastro but for those who like the sound of a fish tank bubbling away it’s perfect
Rooms were clean and sufficient. The guy however on front desk
Is rude and arrogant and unhelpful. Taking $100 deposit for checkin when there is no mini bar or food and then the money doesn’t get released for weeks.
Glasses and mugs not cleaned properly. Curtain stains and main bedroom wreaked of bleach.
Quest King William charged us $100 bond for "extensive cleaning" because they had to pick up 2 nappies off the floor (unused) and they had to clear the dining table (2 paper cups and 2 take away paper boxes). If you are going to check in, make sure you ask them what their standard is of cleanliness before you check out.
