It was really nice, maybe a bit salty but only a smidge. Really good menu with some great favourites done exceptionally well.

The restaurant was fairly quiet at lunch but a few people were in and out either dining in or having take away. The waitress was super friendly and kind to our kids which is always so appreciated.

The food came out quickly and was decent. The spicy beef soup was slightly too sweet and not as spicy as I like, but it was nice. Some of the meat was a bit chewy.

I will definitely come back to try some other dishes thanks to the friendliness of the staff

The lunch specials are also excellent value but didn't try them today.

We were made to feel very welcome at lunch today.
The service was fast, friendly and the food was delicious.

I love the passion that the owner has to make her customers happy. She'll stop at nothing to achieve it. The food was tasty. I now have a new local favourite Vietnamese restaurant. Well done.

Eat here atleast once a week and not once have I had a bad meal.the Beef and chicken satay skewers are the best I've had anywhere. I recommend the red curry duck with a side of steamed rice as it is definitely my favourite dish on the menu. All the staff are super friendly and the wait time is not very long at all.

We get food here a few times a year. Staff are friendly.
We spent $146ish tonight.
Crispy chicken soup had normal chicken,
Honey chicken was well over cooked and dry and chewy.
Rice tasted like cardboard and undercooked.
We were told 15 mins and took 40
Shame considering how quiet they were.

Food is lovely, don't bother using their website for delivery, it can't identify numbers, so you can't put in your address.

This restaurant is a hidden gem!
The menu has a lot of variety.
Their dishes are both mouth-watering and generous.
The staff are warm and attentive.
Service is exceptionally fast.

Have been a regular customer for years, very rarely is there a problem with the food, everyone makes mistakes from time to time. Service when dining in is very good, food is fast to arrive. The chargrilled chicken is definitely a dish to try.

Beautiful food best Chinese food we have eaten for a long time. The fried rice and King prawns with cashews and vegetables were so fresh. Will definitely be our go to place for Chinese takeaway from now on.

Ended up in the emergency department all night after eating from here with the worst case of food poisoning ever.

I’ve driven past this place a few times and finally got to stop in here for lunch. The inside aesthetic is very cute and clean. The wait times on food weren’t too bad. I like the booth set up, gives a bit more privacy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The pho was amazing, very authentic. The beef salad was so good as well, made very well and a refreshing side to have with the pho. I loved everything about this place. There is also lots of parking at the front and back. Pricing isn’t too bad either, definitely would recommend coming here.

Isn't special fried rice meant to be special? There was nothing special about this, bloody disappointing. I gave the restaurant an opportunity to rectify this and had no response. Will never go back again. This is NOT what fried rice should look like.

Absolute local gem dont let the exterior fool you - this place is well loved by locals. Huge menu both viet and chinese dishes. Very welcoming staff.

Staff were not using Face Masks properly. One staff took our food without asking and then returned them back when we complained. How were we to know if they have now mishandled the food given that one staff in the Kitchen didn't wear a mask.
We were given a time frame eat and felt being rushed to eat and to go.

These guys really need to update there delivery charges! Where i live "Para Hills" it should have been $4 + $1 = $5 but they charged me $7? It's the little things that matter. Part two of this review: our food arrived and now we can eat YEAH! Well hear we go, I ordered Basil seafood "emphasise on Basil" There was absolutely no trace of basil at all in this expensive half full to the container dish! The sauce was SUPER sweet which none of us "3" could endure.ended up the the bin! My conclusion in comparison to other take away restaurants close by, Kwan Yen, Rickshaw etc which are cheaper by the way. Quan Ngon is a disappointment! I have been all over south east Asia a number of times and the food especially in Vietnam is absolutely to die for! So I know what to expect when I make an order, most people really have no idea what to expect because they can't compare. I can! Basil seafood indeed! 2 stars I'm being generous.

Order earlier just after lunch meal the food was not good spend $75 dollars not happy they said it will be delivered in 45mins l got in 20mins so l got lunch left over
