Qld Biltong

Best biltong I have had in a long time - glad I stumbled across it today.

Will be ordering some more online when I run out.

Frequent QLD biltong every month for my wet & fatty jerky fix.
All their products are fantastic aswell!

Second time buying good natural wet and fatty biltong. Having made my own biltong for years. I am pretty critical of others product.
Good taste not over- spiced mixes well with other snacks. Best of all I can't taste preservatives. Charmaine is very helpful, delivery is quick. Will buy again

Mind and tastebuds BLOWN! I've tried many different brands over the years and the fatty wet original from QLD Biltong is just sensational. The spices are a perfect mix and quantity. I'm now hooked, and I'm more than ok with that, LOL.

Have only tried the Wet Biltong from Qld Biltong to date - second time trying this style ever!

The first time was marinated in a truffle concoction and was to die for!

To be brutally honest though - after sampling this one I think I prefer traditional dry Biltong compared to traditional wet Biltong. Please take into account that this has no reflection on the company whatsoever and comes down to personal preference.

Not sure if the Lean Biltong from this business loses the steak like taste, but I sure hope so.

Steak is indeed a nice flavour, but the Biltong I remember from South Africa doesn't have it - especially the dry version.

Have tried three Biltong companies in Australia so far and this one has the right type of salty flavour.

The Wet Biltong tastes a lot Iike salty strips of steak with spice in it. I wish the spice was right throughout it though which unfortunately, for me, it isn't.

Having said that, this product is good in its own right and is still enjoyable if you like the taste of steak and fat. No regrets trying it at all.

I am sure there are some of you out there that enjoy Wet Biltong so if you are looking for a good product, decent price and quick shipping then don't look any further.

The service was absolutely amazing, were given samples of each product, was very kind and happy to answer any questions. If you want quality biltong or any other south African delicacy at an affordable price, then i 100% recommend qld biltong.

Biltong is amazing. Chilli sticks are amazing. Also the staff are super friendly. Highly recommended visiting this store if your a biltong or jerky fan.

I ordered mine online so cant comment on their store. It arrived with Platinum Express Post via Auspost in 3 days which is pretty good considering I live in Central Queensland. The online prices are fair and the online site is easy to navigate and process payments securely. Postage was $20. The products themselves are good and came sealed in vacuum bags. Everyone has different tastes and for me while the Wet & Fatty was pretty good and very Fatty which I loved with a coating of what tasted similar to Chakalaka, I wasnt into the Drywors which came juicy and covered in oil. I had to put them all in the oven on a rack for 3 hours on lowest heat to dry them out enough that they could be true "Dry"wors. I then aired them overnight in a cupboard so now they taste magnificent. Will use them again

Our whole family are huge fans of Biltong and couldn't believe our luck when we discovered Qld Biltong. Undoubtedly the best Biltong around. We love the stokkies. Great quality meats and flavours to suit all tastes.

It makes a big difference when quality meats are used and this place obviously uses them. Great flavour and really good end product. Friendly service to go with it as well.
