QBD Books Colonnades

I was looking for a book and I could not find it. I asked one of the staff members and they were more then happy to help and found the book fast and easy.

I went in there looking for a specific book. And I left with many. While in QBD though I stumbled across a hidden door at the back, I went in expecting a staff area but no, I was greeted with a fortune teller who told me my future. They predicted that I would find low prices and anything I was after and they were right. They also let me talk to spirits.

After leaving that weird door it disappeared (don't verify ok) and I was jumpscared by a ghost that politely showed me around. Thank you Sir Henry the VII for showing me the fire force manga.

Friendly helpful staff, helped me find all that I was looking for and ordered in a book they didn’t have in stock! Great variety of books and store laid out well - easy to find what you’re looking for

Great selection just disappointing that to be a member and get discounts you now have to pay for that privilege.

The books are reasonably priced, and it’s always easy to find what you are looking for, and if they don’t have it in stock the staff are always super helpful when it comes to ordering it in!

The store was great but the girl with pink hair was very rude and made faces at my wife after she thought we could not see her.

A very good selection of children's books and fiction. I would like to see a bigger selection of cookery books and more recent publications

Its what you expect in a bookstore. A good bookstore.lot and lots of books. Staff were helpful.

Great selection of books. The young man that served us was very helpful and when we were unable to find a specific book that our grandson wanted he gave suggestions as to where we might find it.

I came in last week sometime and I was looking for a specific book and the lady with the lovely pink hair (I think her name was maybe Amber? !) Helped me so much and I just wanna say thank you very much you kind hearted lovely woman! We had a lovely chat about the book of the month and that will be my next purchase!

QBD has a fantastic range of books as well as some other items such as puzzles and bookmarks etc.

Never enough staff. Still can't link purchase to card. Keep getting told to come back when it's more convenient
