Really, really good coffee. Swung by after a blood test, and was pleasantly surprised! Definitely going to head back and check out the food, as the prices look great too!

Personal family run business so quality of coffee is made to perfection and food is delicious. I recommend this cafe highly

Q3 Coffee Lounge located in Modbury Triangle shopping centre is a true standout! Their exceptional customer service is matched only by their delectable food and beverages. The staff's friendliness and polite nature create an inviting atmosphere, making you feel right at home. The attention to serving etiquette adds a touch of elegance to every dish and drink.
The level of friendliness and politeness exhibited by the staff was simply heartwarming. It felt like being welcomed into a friend's cozy home rather than just another coffee shop. This aspect alone sets Q3 Coffee Lounge apart from the crowd. Every query was met with patience, and every request was handled with a smile – an experience that truly makes a visit memorable.

Not the best experience. I Got pancakes came with maple syrup Icecream was extrabut not enough syrup for 2 pancakes. Apparently they had butter on them already. They were so dry. $8

Friendly service at this establishment. I pick up Uber Eats deliveries and the staff are always efficient getting those ready

Q3 Modbury is my go to cafe! The staff are absolutely amazing and so lovely. They make everyone feel welcome and know my go to order off by heart. The coffee is amazing, the food is so good and the service is the best. The cafe is always clean and tidy. The brekky wraps make my Friday! Definitely recommend!

Wasn’t an extremely busy time, so couldn’t see why cleanliness was very poor. I only ended up buying bottled water. Ended up going for coffee and my meeting across the centre at Delicia. There were 3 members of staff, which doesn’t explain the poor customer service.

I asked for two coffees and two hot dogs to be takeaway and it took over 20 minutes and it wasn't that busy. When food eventually came out it was on a plate. I politely explained it was takeaway and given dirty look. Unfriendly place, won't be returning.

Not only do they make the best coffee, wraps and blueberry muffins around, the guys are friendly and must be mindreaders, they know all their regular customers' orders before they even step in the shop!

Wow just ordered one of the chicken burgurs. One of the nicest burgurs ive had in a long time. Very homemade flavours and taste. Def be back.and was still warm when delivered.

This Cafe is a delight to visit. Coffee excellent & staff always remember repeat orders. Amazing

Was open at 8am, and I opted for a cafe experience rather than a takeaway, wasn't disappointed.

Great cafe, friendly staff, great food, even though it would be nice to have some menus on the tables so people can see what's on the menu, as a person who I know is half blind had trouble reading the menu behind the counter. As it will help a lot of people especially this person I know would appreciate it as much I would too.

As the coffee is decent even though I didn't had any but I heard it's decent

Q3 Coffee Lounge Modbury is by far the best place I have ever had coffee or a bite to eat, all the staff are amazing, always chatting to you and always asking how your day has been & always welcome me by name as I have heard them do with so many customers.

It is my go to place for my morning coffee and when i'm feeling hungry - especially for there bacon and egg wrap or crispy chicken wrap! No matter what day you're having the guys always manage to make you laugh or feel better with their coffee and food.

No matter what my Grandma meets me here to eat and drink a coffee every week on my lunch break from work and she loves it just as much as I do, we don't even have second thoughts to go anywhere else

I could not recommend Q3 Coffee Lounge Modbury more to anyone.

The coffee here is amazing as well as the food being top notch, and the guys behind the counter look after you very well. I can't say enough good things about Q3

The food, coffee and service is absolutely fantastic! Never had a bad experience, the food is fresh and tasty, coffee tastes great, service is so friendly!

I am quite fussy and cannot fault this cafe. Excellent friendly service and a decent range of fresh tasty food. It's also spotless - right down to the steamer wand on the coffee machine (which is usually a good indicator of general cleanliness, I've found).

I wandered in there several months ago and I thought it was a bit pricey, so I didn't bother getting anything. But recently I went in there & had a skim milk cappuccino ham, cheese & tomato toastie. I was totally impressed with the toastie, in my opinion it was the best I've had in a very long time. The toastie wasn't soggy, it was perfect & the cappuccino was hot & remained so for a fair while. Will definitely go there again.am impressed.
