This is an awesome little business with a variety of great products some of which i ordered. The prices were great and the delivery was very prompt and the products were exactly as shown on the site and they all work great. Well done to PurpleSpoilz i highly recommend this business.

I've ordered an item on ebay from them, it has a defect. They sent a replacement, 2 weeks ago. I didn't get it yet. Also they blocked me on ebay, so I can't text them or buy from them. Really bad behaviour.

Mel did an absolutely fantastic job getting a wedding present ordered I Wednesday night in the mail by Thursday morning so that it could arrive in Brisbane on Friday via express post. Package was very well wrapped and cannot wait to give to the bride and groom!

Blocked me from eBay cause I returned an item they sent that was a cheap knock off compared to product they listed, so they tried to rip me off. No stars for Backyarders!

Paid for kitchenware 3 weeks ago, despatched the following day and have only just today received the items after being advised online that it would be a 3-4 day delivery. No customer follow up emails at all after several inquiries for an ETA. Very poor quality, most definitely nowhere near 'restaurant' standard as claimed.unless you count countryside camping bbq restaurant standard. Online shopping is not all it's cracked up to be. Poor service, poor quality! Rather shop local.

I bought two nut loaf tins as a Christmas present for my daughter (the tins are quite hard to find these days). The parcel arrived, very well packed, within about two days and they are excellent quality. The tracking emails that I received were also excellent. My daughter (in Victoria) has already used them, very successfully. Thank you.

Horrible customer service from Mel. Refund eventually given only after some very rude and unnecessary comments.

*Edit* I informed them that I knew it said it was delivered but I have not received it and I have camera proof that it did not get delivered at the time it said it was. Mel proceeded to send me the signed proof of delivery which means nothing as no one is allowed to sign for it anyway which she said herself and argued back telling me to check again when I was 100% sure it was not delivered. All Mel needed to do was launch an investigation with Aus Post like she said she would and I would have been perfectly happy to do that and wait but no, she proceeded to argue and continue to explain the COVID situation in Melbourne that I obviously already know is happening. I should not have to do your job for you and go to AusPost myself to resolve this issue. You gave me a refund without even telling me or asking me if I wanted it and continued to be very rude when you finally did tell me. Also, I found the same item elsewhere for much cheaper so I suggest everyone to do some research and compare prices from other companies before they purchase from this company.

Also, I can see that you don't take customer confidentiality seriously as you posted my tracking number for anyone to copy and paste into AusPost and find out where I live. Good job Mel.

Bought the Black Boston Shaker Set and I couldn't be more happier! Great steal at $49.95 and it's really easy to use. Hassle-free transaction too. Recommend this store. Purchased through their website but they also have an eBay store.

I love coffee and so when I came across Wacaco Nanopresso Espresso Coffee Machine, I knew I had to get one. Since we're always traveling, my wife and I really need a portable espresso maker. Found it on Purplespoilz and it arrived faster than I expected. Saw some other items in their website that I would purchase next time too.

I purchased 2 large chopping boards on their ebay site.
I then recieved the following email
"Unfortunately, due to your location, we're going to need to cancel the order and refund you
APost are the only ones that go to Exmouth, and due to the size and weight of these 2 boards, it's going to cost almost $70 to send it to you"

This was a total lie. ALL couriers deliver to Exmouth. I checked the price from Auspost and it was only around $20.00 to send. I dont know the real reason they wouldnt sent these to me. Im sick of sellers making things up and lying. Just try to be honest for a change.

Terribly fraud company. They over sell products on multiple different site.and after i bought the item on catch, they came back to tell me that the item is not available and requested that I change to another product. AFTER, i reluctantly agreed to switch to another product. They came back again to tell me it was out of stock as well and wanted me to change for the THIRD time.they happily just cancelled my order and wasted my time dealing with them.

I purchased a knife block of Stanley Rogers knives from this company through Catch. These knives were NEVER EVER put into the dishwasher but the black handles started peeling off. I was advised that I’d have to fund the postage fees to return the item to Purple Spoilz in SA.for them to assess the problem. A costly exercise which I asked for them to cover cost, seeing this was a fault with their product. They refused. Very disappointing from their end. I will not be purchasing from them again.

I ordered a set of shakers, and the delivery was speedy but incorrect. I contacted Purple Spoilz and they immediately sent the correct items, which again arrived speedily. Very impressed with their level of customer focus.

Ordered a coffee espresso, great price and it was delivered very fast. Will definitely buy again. Very happy customer. Thanks

I was searching for a specific bottle for a kid. It was out of stock across most sites but found it easily on PurpleSpoilz. Decent site, great selection of products and cheap, I was happy!
