I have just started with PsychMed following my psychologist. PsychMed as a business have been extremely accommodating in my situation. My Psychologist is absolutely amazing. All up have nothing bad to say.

Terrible service, poor communication. They’re absolute rip offs and Dr Lynn Ng is a thief of the highest order

I could be happier with my experiences at PsychMed. They have a wonderful team who are a pleasure to talk with. I get so much out of each session that I have attended and I highly recommend them to anyone who is indeed of help.

After denying me access to health care as i wouldnt give you my card details and cvv to hold on file. Since the optus breach i was wondering if your policy has now changed as its clear you cant protect it.

Do not go to psychmed if you want active treatment. If you’re between mental health plans and your psychologist moves on, you will not be informed because you’re not an open case they done care. So when you do go to make an appointment the rude lady on the phone will just tell you they’ve moved on, and that certain clinic’s psychologists aren’t taking on any new clients. So you’ll go on a 3 month waiting list for one of the other clinic’s and then next minute it’s been nearly 12 months and you’ve had less than a handful of in person sessions. My mental health has declined so much over the past 12 months all progress I made with my psychologist is practically gone if not worse so I definitely would not recommend.
