I went yesterday to this store and the lady was so rude to me.
She was not even letting me speak. So rude

I had to return a faulty table that I had purchased 2 years ago and I have to say how pleased I was with the service I received, without question I was given a replacement table, the ladies at the Mile End store were fantastic

Absolutely love this shop but is very expensive. Have been there several times without any money to spend but they do have some items I'd like to budget for in the future.

We just had the most wonderful shopping experience!
Franca and her lovely offsider (I am sorry I can’t remember your name) went above and beyond, to not only sell us an emergency marble table that we needed today. They then helped us bring it outside and when we couldn’t fit it in the car. Franca went running off only to return with not one, but two tool kits so she could help us dismantle the table so we could take it home today.
Thank you awesome humans for having a beautiful store with the best service in Adelaide.

FIVE STARS - Store Manager Franca provided exceptional service. Franca's styling knowledge helped to ensure the coffee table I purchased would be the right fit, as I needed the coffee table to partially sit over an ottoman. Franca went out of her way to create an option that would work and persisted to find the right piece from interstate. Provincial Living Mile End is a beautiful store and the follow up and service is amazing. Thank you.:)

Had the best experience shopping at The Provincial at their Mile End store. We had a size issue with some furniture for our new home build, enter Store Manager Franca whose customer service was exceptional. Finally a store that puts the customer before the profit dollar, which is a rare occurrence in this modern day of shopping. Recommend this store for their quality furniture, furnishings and friendly staff.

Love this store staff are frendy & well groomed too.l went into the store today to purchase a lamp for my new Hall tables. Love it. My Dougher always has to go & have a look when she's over from Perth too.

Provincial Home Living is a delightful store with helpful staff and great sales. After considering whether some furniture would suit our home, Helen offered to put it on hold until the next day. The item was delivered at a reasonable price the day later. It looks beautiful and is so well made. A high quality, professional store.

One of my favorite stores, we purchased a heap of things when we were staging our home for sale and their items really took our property to a whole new level.

I can't wait to fill my new place up with their items and nothing was too much trouble for the staff, even when I needed to exchange. I was always met with a smile and they were incredibly friendly. Highly recommended.

The service has been amazing. They swapped my little balcony table over, as the screw was faulty. They delivered it to my home as promised. The staff are very considerate and proffessional. I have bought a few items of furniture and a few other items. I have ordered furniture and I have asked for goods to be put aside for me for later. The staff are all so friendly and so helpful. I will be back to buy more from here. A wonderful shop, a wonderful atmosphere inside and beautiful staff.

What a wonderful furniture store. The range is quite large, but modern. They have a great selection of chairs, tables, Clocks, gift items. So much to view we spent a a lot of time just looking. The staff were helpful, and only to pleased to discuss the merchandise.
