Prospect Physiotherapy and Health Plus Clinic

I did the new Falls Prevention Circuit last Tuesday & really enjoyed it. It is completely different to the Strength For Seniors class on Thursdays. The exercises focus more on balance, using high density foam "blocks" while holding a balance rail for confidence & safety. I found it a little challenging, a bit of fun, & very positive. I do both classes now; they complement each other, are well constructed, & a fun way for us seniors to improve & maintain our fitness.

I highly recommend and I always look forward to my appointments at Prospect Physiotherapy for my treatment and acupuncture. Very professional and caring. I recommend the cupping treatment as well.

Best physio ever. Has helped with my back and neck pain. Karen listens and talks through what she is doing. Always hands on and doesn’t use ultrasound or other devices unless she needs to. Acupuncture works well too combined with treatment.
Other staff are great too, they read or talk to each other if you’re swapping physios when you can’t see the one you use.

The staff at Prospect Physio have taken such good care of me and have helped me to recover from muscle injuries. A special shout out to Mary who has immensely helped with my recovery and gives a killer remedial massage.
