Love the service from this pharmacy. Provides great delivery service and have very kind & respectful staff. Location and opening hours are very convenient too.

Prompt service. Nice clean store & very friendly staff. Good amount of parking access.

Exceptionally average service. A bare minimum of help provided without explicitly asking for it - missing medications are just brushed off with no offer to help get hold of them.

This place is a fantastic place to have open til late, local and the most amazing staff around. Really appreciate having this great place so close to home. Thank you all

Went in late Tuesday night after a sporting injury and even though it was close to their closing time, Sofia went above and beyond to make sure I was getting everything I needed to treat my injury. She also made sure to check my membership status after finding out I was local to earn me some points! Amazing Service as always!

This pharmacy reeks. The disgusting odour that is always present assails one's nostrils right from the entrance and I find myself having to hold my nose and leave to avoid retching. I simply can't stay inside long enough to be a customer. I avoid like the plague due to its revolting olfactory assault.

Being local we have been using this pharmacy for several years now and have always received nothing but exceptional service every time. Today was no exception. You offered delivery that was completely unexpected to get our medication to us without delay. Thank you for always having your customers needs a priority. Loyal customers forever.

Needed medication delivered because I have covid and the pharmacy staff were so nice and helpful! Pharmacist helped pick out the right stuff to help with covid too. They were short staffed but still delivered same day. So grateful for their help. Thank you!

I had to purchase a Rapid Antigen Tests for my son. Prospect Pharmacy charged $18. Warehouse Chemist is charging $49 for 5. I know now not to go to this chemist. Price Gouging at it s best

Best pharmacy and staff are always so friendly and helpful. Always smiling, courteous and give best advice and recommendations. They sell some amazing specials and gift items, perfumes are divine in price range and so many more things to look at everytime I visit them.

Went into the pharmacy to get a liquid phenoxymethylpenicillin prescription filled for my 2yo toddler who was with me. Nick the pharmacist dispensed and made up 2 bottles of the antibiotics where the 2nd bottle was completely unrequired as his dose was 4mL twice a day for 10 days. The total course would have been completed using 1 bottle alone. When I pointed this out to him, Nick insisted that I needed to take and pay for both bottles because "the doctor wanted you to have it, for his own reasons". This was most annoying as he had assumed that there was a reason without checking with the Doctor or myself that I wanted both bottles made up and dispensed on the day. He proceeded to ask me if my child has taken this previously, which I answered No. He did not respond to my answer and have asked for payment of $20 instead. This is most frustrating and an example of the little care and regard this pharmacist has for patient's care and inappropriate use of medicines.

Really nice, extremely understanding staff, will go out of their way to assist. One of the last family owned and run chemists in Adelaide. Thoroughly recommend. From filling a prescription to managing your medication, they will hold your prescriptions on site if you want (saves losing them at home) They do home delivery for those who can't get out, hire and/or buy medical equipment, all in all a great place.oh good range of well priced make-up etc too.
