Dr Radhika made me feel really unwelcome and uncomfortable, she asked questions like she didn’t care and like she just wanted to move on to the next appointment. As this was a early pregnancy visit she left me feeling unsure and not knowing what to expect as I am not from Australia and this is all new to me in this country. When I asked questions she answered me really rudely and made me feel like I had no idea. These tupe of visits to Dr’s are supposed to be a happy ones, even if pregnancy is not your thing, just refer the patient to someone els no need to be rude.

That’s worst experience I ever seen in my life. Very rude behaviour specially Dr. Mudaliar. So be careful don’t waste your time and health search another doctor or medical centre.

Had my iron infusion today and Charlotte was my nurse doing the infusion. I was quite nervous before the infusion. She explained every step thoroughly made me comfortable and also got me glass of water. She is such a happy and bright girl. Done with the infusion in 30 minutes and made sure I was all good before leaving.

Don't waste your time going to this place, worst doctors i have seen in my entire life. They're very lazy and dismissive, an show no interest in your health problems.

I went to see one doctor there about a problem i have and she didn't even want to do an examination. Now 6 months later i still have the same problem but it's much worse and I'm no closer to getting the surgery to fix it.
Then there was another doctor that i had stuck with for 6 months to try an get issues fixed but he kept sending me to people that didn't have the capacity to diagnose or treat them.

Then there's Dr Benchod that supposedly doesn't see new patients but does if you're Bharaati or Punjabi.
(seems racist to me if you only want to see patients from your country of birth)

The reception staff are rude, arrogant and very unprofessional. They will interrupt you while you're trying to explain something and then you end up having to repeat yourself anyway.
(Recently i had a receptionist try and say that i had missed 2 appointments which just isn't true. If anything they were the appointments they had cancelled on me because the doctor didn't show up)

And don't bother raising any issues with management. I have tried that but they either don't get back to you or they just say that they have no control over what the doctors do or don't do.

Overall, this place is a very poor excuse for a medical centre and you should look elsewhere if you care about your health, because this place doesn't!

Doctor charges u 50 if u miss the appointment but if doctor is running late or makes you wait for hours they should pay us the same amount. This is nor fair. What a shame and cheat

If you have an appointment booked at 4pm get there at 4: 50, that way you’ll only have to wait 5 minutes

Patient of Dr Irving for more than 20years. Nomore. All Doctors, staff, educators and Sapol need the education when it comes to child abuse. You are all responsible for missing the signs in child abuse. Do better.

Dr Jagannath Mudaliar is the worst doctor in this Clinic. Do not book with him. He’s arrogant and doesn’t let you speak.
I went for a blood test and I wanted to check iron as I’m vegan. He said I cannot do it because he wanted me to check first B12 and then if it was not right then he could check for iron. I do have history of iron deficiency and I had done iron infusion 4 months ago in the same clinic! They told me to come back to check how I was going. Now the doctor doesn’t let me have the iron test done! Claiming that I need to come again after b12 is checked.
Not even the person who extract the blood agreed with him! He just wants you to come back as they have increase their fees. I have to pay an extra 20$ apart from my usual insurance! Scammers!

Terribly rude receptionist who didn't allow me to finish a sentence in a matter of urgency, rudeness works 2 ways, shocker.

Worst! They should understand the importance of time. Dr. Mouni makes you wait for 1-2 hours. He should rearrange his appointment schedule and give appointments after having a look on how much time he consumes on one patient. Dont just give appointments and make people wait. Time is money, do understand.

This is the most useless medical centre ever. A zero star should be ordinarily given because they have a very stupid policy. I made a booking on a public holiday on the website and this was confirmed, only to be told by the receptionist that because I am a new patient, I cannot be seen regardless of the booking made online. In her words, “the doctor would not be able to see you since you are new to us” Does that even make sense? Now I see why based on reviews, there is only 2 stars for this medical centre. Totally worthless.

Absolutley waste of time. Made an apt online had confirmed and on arival refused to see husband with chronic ear infection with buldging face, citing doctor only sees current clients, appalling medical services who obvioisly don t give a shit

Too Much waiting time to see doctor. At least 1-2 hours minimum waiting time. Half day is gone. Worst Service by front desk staff. To see GP ur waiting for 2 hours.

I've only seen Dr Daniels at this practice. I have always found him to be very approachable, professional, and punctual (I've never had to wait more than five minutes after my appointment time). The practice is always busy and the reception staff try their best but are often short staffed - sometimes I have to wait in line 10 minutes just to check in.
I don't use it but there's a chemist and pathology services in the centre, which is convenient.

The staff and doctors are professional, warm and great- I don't understand the vitriol from some of the reviews. A special call out to Legends Dr Singh and Dr Lou. They have helped my close ones and myself beyond call and duty.

Thanks to Dr Sania Rahman for her amazing support regarding my current health issues. I found her a very responsible and caring Doctor. She guided me in a right pathway to make sure that I am receiving the right treatment. She is a proactive practitioner which is very important in the health industry. I appreceiate her support and highly receommend for other patients.

Great doctors and wonderful facilities but the rudest reception or front office staff. No wonder, there are so many bad experiences/reviews about the reception staff. Have been visiting for several years but can’t remember even a single occasion when the staff was polite, helpful and professional.

After two hours of having a phone consultation the doctor still had not faxed a script through to my chemist. After 35 minutes on hold they finally answered and took another hour to send the script. Very lazy and un organised.

Trying to make an appointment at this clinic is shocking. Wait on phone for 20 minutes, then get transferred to a booking team interstate. Wait another 20 minutes listening to a recording. No answer, so hang up. Try to make a booking on line, system doesnt work. This is unacceptable.
The practice manager needs to address this matter. It hasnt just happened its een like this for years.
