6It is along the road from family home and has improved greatly over the last 40 years. Always nice and clean, but I wish there was an isolation tank for smokers who can't stop their habit even for children, let alone the Covid threat.
The new park has been opened and its a big improvement on what was previously there.
There is a dinosaur theme with some ancillary (extremely basic) gym poles and a cool sandpit with pretend dinosaur bones.
The pavement has not been haunched so be careful with you children.
It is a good place to chill for a while and take stock of the daily grind. Always clean and the toilet works.
They now have undercover seating that also allows for a wheelchair. A couple of BBQ's, play equipment and is fenced/enclosed. Clean public toilets. They also have pick up bags for your dog.
Not too bad.could be better.has so much potential.bbq and alloy seating.shade and playground.alot of wasted space.not handicap friendly on the south side.
Great park - now enclosed which is good to keep kids in/dogs out. Equipment a little dated but benches and bbqs new
