Pro Health Care Stirling

Booked over phone for physio (same establishment) and they booked me in for one of their nine GP’s. No mention of the fact that ProPhysio does not exist anymore online or anywhere until I arrived for my appointment.

Am relatively new to the practice and am very impressed with the care and thoroughness shown by my doctor. Receptionist staff are very nice. Also appreciative seeing a doctor always on time.thank you Pro Health Stirling.

Always have to be kept waiting.
I have been going to this clinic for years and I think its about time they spent some effort in making the waiting area more attractive. The radio or back ground music is disgusting. The first thing the receptionist asks when you arrive is " How are you " In a Doctors rooms I dont thnk this is apropriate

All staff were extremely friendly and helpful which is appreciated even more when dealing with a child - definitely put him at ease. Thank you for the care you took.

Can never say enough great things about the quality of care you get from the Doctor there.
The reception staff are always friendly and understanding. Sometimes It is a bit difficult to get an appointment due to the quality of care.

Our whole family has used this clinic since we moved here in 2014. All of the staff and medical team have always been fantastic. Particular shout out to Dr Parsons who has always taken the time to talk to us (as new parents) around issues like vaccinations and paediatric health generally. She also went above and beyond for myself during a particularly bad bout of health in 2020, making calls to both myself and other medical professionals out of hours. Highly recommended.

I have had some horrendous experiences with this surgery. Doctors keeping patients waiting up to 2 hours after their appointment time, with the feeblest excuses. Avoid if you can!

I was recently at Pro Health Care Stirling with my elderly mother, We personally thought that the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My mother has a been a patient for a while now, and she has never needed to wait long for her appointment. Great service and great people!
