Have been taking my daughter there since she was born. The staff are lovely, and I really trust Dr Sally. Love that they use a bubble machine and stickers for her vaccinations!

Highly recommend Sandro (remedial massage therapist) very understanding & very good (?) at finding the spots that need attention

I’ve have visited this centre for some years for podiatry care and have been attended to by several podiatrists over this time.

Please pass on my complements in particular to your podiatrist Mia, whom I have found to be most diligent and professional in my treatments - she is a real credit to your busy centre.

Love the concept of all health needs covered under one roof. Have never had a bad experience - reception staff are very friendly and calm. Doctors and other professionals are excellent. Highly recommend.

Have been coming to this clinic for 10years now, I have nothing but praise for the clinic from the friendly admin staff through to the caring GPs. I always feel listened to and supported, they are also fantastic with kids.

The receptionists here are mostly horrible - I have been coming here for a couple of months now to see an allied health professional.

I was not impressed this morning when I enquired about making a GP appointment. I have recently moved down the road and am looking for a new GP. I simply asked if it was possible to make an appointment as a new patient - with no urgency. The receptionist was quite rude, weird and awkward about telling me that the practice was not accepting new patients - I’m unsure why it was necessary for her to whisper something to her male colleague (who was equally unwelcoming upon my check in) before telling me again that they were not accepting new patients. How about offering a call back, waiting list or something, What happened to respectful, helpful and transparent services?

Please note this is not a dig at the allied health professional I see at this practice she is amazing.

Great clinic, all staff are polite and caring. Dr Sally Robinson is excellent, very helpful and makes me feel comfortable always.

Have only been going to pro health for short time and have found them to be very professional efficient and have always been very easy and pleasant to deal with.

Finally found a new doctor who wants to help and is willing to send me for tests to get behind the cause of my chronic back, shoulder and neck pain.

As simple as abc for receptionist to take booking. We were wrong! Request was for flu vaccination and a referral letter required for specialist. This is for our young baby girl. Appt made for 0930 and when we turned up appt has changed to 1030? !? And GP refused to do referral as it wasn’t written down in the booking. If this is the efficiency of the receptionist or the doctor we saw today, I will no doubt change the practice as we have been coming here for many many years! Very disappointing and frustrating with the experience today.

Edit- Practice manager has rung my family thanks for your wrong advice re the referral to see specialist. I work in healthcare industry and I know to see a specialist GP need to do a referral. Secondly the request was booked and wasn’t captured by receptionist- TWO things flu vac and GP referral letter. Only one put through to a random GP for flu vaccination. (See the 3rd point why couldn’t the receptionist advise us our GP has moved?) It wasted our time our baby girl would need that referral letter which is not completed now and no apologise offered. Thirdly our long term treating GP is no longer working in this branch yet it has been how long when we tried to book her all we got told is she is not available. Again I would appreciate if we can get told she has moved to other branch so we could get continuity care from her for my family’s health. Please do not contact us again we have decided not to come back to Kidman Park. Thanks.

On a public holiday weekend and from the other side of the state, Dr Mauro and Matteo, were able to work quickly to ensure my daughter was able to access the medicine she required. Very professional and supportive.

Dr. Chitti Dr. Mittiga and Dr. Barbera and for more then 15 years Dr. Angela Laudato is the one that looks after me and my husband and we couldn't be more happy with her professionalism, caring and dedication. I booked my family of 4 in for the Pfizer vaccine and the service was absolutely wonderful. They were so accommodating and the whole process was made easy and we felt very comfortable and safe. Ever detail was explained thoroughly and we were encouraged to ask questions.
