Very well-run clinic! Lovely staff - particularly Kirsty at front desk.
Doctors are very knowledgeable & helpful - nothing is too hard, no request is too much!

I love Pro Health Care Henley Beach. All the staff is fantastic, and the doctors and nurses are the best.

Dr Sonja is a useless doctor; I wouldn't recommend her to anybody! She provides no help, no support, and no reassurance at all. Terrible experience.

Dr Sonia is incredibly cold and rude…I took in a treatment plan written by my naturopath for some blood tests, to which Sonia refused to give me a test referral for, insisting that she could only give me a referral for tests she believed I needed rather than what my naturopath said I needed (almost insinuating the medical knowledge of naturopaths)

When I asked if she could then listen to my symptoms in order to give me a test for what she ‘believed’ I needed, she said no. Wouldn’t even listen to my concerns, just said that she couldn’t do anything for me.

To add, my appointment was at 9: 30 and she arrived to the practice at 9: 45, so it wasn’t until 10am that I was taken in. All the other doctors were so professional, I wish I had to gone to one of them instead.

DR Rashana is a fantastic doctor who listens to all my concerns in a caring and supportive manner.

The Medical Officers and Staff are friendly and very professional, they monitored my health and wellbeing very closely to ensure I
received the best patient care!

Very professional practice. Doctor is caring and concerned. Very knowledgeable. A good listener. Support staff friendly and efficient. TV in waiting room is a little disturbing but others might like it.

The front reception staff are friendly, welcoming and helpful. They go above and beyond. Dr Terry Nikolitsis is professional and extremely knowledgeable. He listens and provides informative advice and treatment options. Highly recommend this medical clinic.

I visited pro health care today for the first time as my long time doctor has just started due to his old practice closing due to retirement of the owner, I found his new position with pro health to be very professional, well presented with fantastic staff in excellent conditions, I will be very happy to continue with my doctor's new practice.cheers

As always, from the time I phone or go online to make an appointment with our GP until I pay my account in the medical centre, the reception staff are friendly, efficient and professional. STAY AWAY!

During my appointment the Dr did not do a physical examination on me. Despite experiencing shortness of breath and a persistent cough she did not listen to my chest, check my oxygen levels or conduct any form of basic observations. Instead the Dr told me it would be a good idea to go purchase an oxygen monitor and ‘keep an eye’ on my oxygen levels and to check my pulse. The reason I attended the GP surgery today was for a trained doctor to conduct these assessments. I don’t believe it is an unreasonable request for a patient complaining of shortness of breath to have some basic observations done.
