Pro Health Care Dover Gardens

We've always liked going to Pro Health Dover gardens, I've always been able to get in quickly and the doctors are thorough and kind. The receptionist are also always welcoming.

The nurse who conducted my care plan interview today was very understanding, professional and extremely helpful. I only had to wait a few minutes to see the doctor to sign off on the care plan post interview. It was a good experience all around.

Second and last visit to Pro Health. First time the private health card would not work. No problems, I had to claim it the old fashioned way and I was told the health fund had not been added to the Pro Health system. I was assured the health fund would be added to the HiCaps at this site. Second visit, months later, still no health fund and additionally the eftpos system was down. I was requested to leave my card details and was “assured” the details would be destroyed once payment was processed. Might just have struck me twice in a row, but came across as very unprofessional.

I really hope I read the previous review about Dr. Michelle Fang so that I didn’t need to see the worst GP I’ve ever seen. Dr. Michelle Fang is rude and arrogant. She doesn’t even have basic politeness. Not professional at all. I felt very offended when seeing her. I also doubt that there is a false statement in her profile. Anyway, not recommended at all.

The doctor checked my daughter after the phone check up interview. I’m very happy with the immediate response.

Receptionists very good and dr ayyar very helpful and thorough. Got an appointment the next day after ringing up.great service. Scripts given for my asthma too. Thank you.

Friendly reception staff, and the Dr was nice, listened, informed me of what I needed to know, and was welcoming as I am a new patient.

Dr Vim is extremely caring his patients. He listens to and understands both my physical and mental health. I am lucky for having him in a difficulty time in my life. Highly recommend Dr. Vim for the residents in the area.

From the moment I walked in the staff greeted me with a smile and seated me in the waiting room within 5 minutes my Doctor came and welcomed me to his room I felt at ease with Dr Vim he was very helpful in setting up two other specialist as I have moved over from WA to SA and I needed to get set up again with all new health professionals. I have to say they have made this transition so easy. I highly recommend this practice.

I’ve seen 3 different doctors here and have only had positive experiences. All 3 have listened, taken the appropriate steps, and followed up when necessary. The reception staff are also really lovely.

First time using GO clinic. Friendly staff. Easy to book appointment, seen same day. Through assessment and history taken.

First visit.and entirely a very positive experience. Its a happy, cohesive, integrated & well functioning team and it shows.

I rung the morning of to request an appointment for our 4YO. After explaining our 4YO has complex medical needs They were lovely and found us an appointment with a GP that has jnterest in the area of our concern. We were asked to wait outdoors as little one is unvaxxed and at appt time we were ushered in a back door going straight to our consult room. This is great for peace of mind in the current climate. Our GP was lovely and engaged as much with miss 4 as myself which I really appreciate. The DR did well unmixing a 4YO stories of what happened on the weekend and what was bothering her, alot of GP wouldn't bother so this was great to see. We left out the same back door with minimal contact. Will be happy to re use this service and this particular GP for miss 4.

Pro Health Care Dover Gardens we’re amazing.
Very friendly, little 5 year old granddaughter didn’t even flinch with her Pfizer and could not have been happier with her experience. We have booked her in again in 8 weeks.

Great doctors and other staff. Main experience is with Dr Spiro Doukakis who is amazing. My parents have been going to this practice for around seventy years.

Lovely staff and very professional.
I do find the surgery was far too hot and lacks fresh flowing air. I went outside to get the fresh air I needed while waiting for my discharge time.
