Transported my sports car from NSW to Adelaide safely, while I was overseas and communicated via email and phone.

They will damage your car and make up a lie which said you did this. Very bad service! Don't trust them at all. Never use this company!

Car safely transported from Adelaide to Melbourne. All contact with the company was very helpful and positive. Only gripe is how they describe the condition of your car with no context. They need to improve their information rather than making it look like your car has been in an accident ("major damage") after leaving it with them.

Always the cheapest options to ADL, easy to book, easy to contact and Adelaide depot workers are friendly and courteous.

Would not recommend! Car arrived with a broken ignation barrel in another state due to damages caused whilst in there control. After several emails this company won't take any responsibility and will not repair any damages to your vehicle. Avoid this business at all costs and choose a different transport company that looks after their customers.

Very professional was informed of vehicles progress throughout transfer from Qld to SA car was safely deliverance and I was reassured of the vehicles delivery after all the recent flooding. Very grateful. Lady in office very polite and an easy accessible location for collection. Thkyou.

My partner shipped her VW Golf from WA to SA with Prixcar. Their customer service was amazing. We received a call the day before and they organised a pick up of the vehicle. The vehicle was collected on time and delivered to SA two weeks later one day prior to the scheduled delivery date. There were absolutely no hassles and their communication was amazing. We were told when and where and they were flexible with any changes. Compated to CEVA Logitics these guys are 100 times better. Would definitely recommend

This was my first time having a car delivered, I bought a 2014 LC79 Landcruiser from Adelaide on Wednesday and had it delivered to Port Pirie the following Monday, and well within the estimated delivery time. Shout out to Tony for keeping in touch we me and for delivering. Would recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Great work!

On arrival from Adelaide to Perth my car's (CX7 2009) front headlight was out followed by dead engine mixing oil and coolant. David advised me that this will not be covered as it did not happen immediately but few days after delivery and he emphasised that it was an old car. And that is how i lost my car. I will never use this company and for as long as i can write and speak i will discourage others to do anything with this bunch of incompetent individuals. They should have paid for all the damages caused to my car as this was a long journey.

Had my car transported from Perth to Adelaide by PrixCar and would have no hesitation in getting them to do it again. Lauren let me know the minute the car arrived and Steve delivered it right to the office ready for me to take delivery. Thanks guys.

Very impressed with the whole service. I dropped my car off at the Perth depo on the 10th Dec. & picked it up in SA 2day 20th Dec.not one thing was taken or broken in the canopy. Very Happy Customer.thank u?

Purchased a new car from an Adelaide dealer (by phone) at the end of June but due to various Covid lockdowns between Vic and SA, I couldn't take possession of it. After waiting for almost two months, I decided to look for a vehicle transport company to bring it to me. Prixcar was surprisingly affordable, even for a pensioner. My car was delivered to their depot by the dealership on a Friday and I had my car by the following Monday evening (no weekend work available). No fuss, no bother and great service. Fantastic! I highly recommend using Prixcar.

Very fast delivery, well done. But they didn’t want to accept the damage to lining cover underneath the car, which was clearly damaged by putting on or taking car off the the truck. Unfortunately I did not notice it when I was picking up the car, but I found it next day. I paid $135 to replace it.

I booked my car in to be transported from wing field SA to Willawong QLD a few weeks ago. The book system was super easy and understandable, I called the office after receiving my booking confirmation and spoke with the receptionist Lauren who was very polite and very helpful! Due to covid, SA went into a 7 day lockdown when my car was due to be booked in, I called them to see what was happening and they let me drop my car in before my booking date and transported it for me at an earlier date with no extra costs. However I was not able to get over the boarder in time they spoke to the Willawong office and told them about my current situation and said they are happy to keep my car there until I can go get it as well.

They have provided me with such great customer service I cannot Thank you guys enough!
