Old Port Road is the best medical practice with really great Drs especially Dr LIKOS. I definately recommend anyone wanting to change to great Drs i think Its worth checking out.definately ***** stars for myself. This is one of the best and professional and friendly helpful staff I have been to and continue to come back too. Sometime people are busy and may be human so always smile and be polite to the staff it is a very busy practice they do a wonderful job.

I am always received with professional courtesy. Dr. Zoppa is extremely comprehensive in reviewing my health and his advice is always up to date and valued.

Wait time even with appointment was not good. And then when I made appointment to come back to see same Dr. He was booked out 3 weeks ahead.

So I was working at home, and sliced my finger open with a grinder, but didn't want to travel to hospital. So I called into here, as a new client. The team had me signed up, treated and home within the hour. Great service, super friendly staff, and I will be using these guys as my regular clinic!

Very happy with the service we received for our 2yr old daughter. Doctor was very knowledgeable. I rang on a Saturday and was able to get in on the Sunday which is uncommon these days.

Great front office receptionists and excellent Doctors plus so many other services available Dental, Physio etc

Walked into reception and was told " Medicare card" no hello or please. Because I have an ear infection I said I couldn't understand what he was saying. To which he replied " where's your mask" I said I have an exemption and he just repeated "where's your mask" So I once again said "I have an exemption" and added " would you like to see it" and he replied "no that's fine I guess you're happy spreading viruses and diseases around" I was absolutely mortified and in shock. I have COPD and have been attacked which makes it impossible for me to wear a mask. This is the worst behaviour from someone who's meant to be compassionate and caring as they are the face of the medical practice. I will be taking this as far as I can. I work in hospitality and everyone that I've told the story to (and it's beyond 30+ now) has been mortified as well! Shame on that receptionist for being so horrible and cruel. I will take this to the relevant governing body. Shame Shame Shame!

The practice is a one shop for all and you can have all your medical issues sorted out by the professional team under one roof (nearly)

The receptionists are always polite, listen and then try their best to fit you in with the doctor requested. I've been seeing my regular dr.for years there and I'm extremely happy with service they provide.

I have only been there about 4 times and the staff And doctors are alway polite And always on time.

Being a US citizen visiting family in Taperoo, I was very pleased with the availability of minor medical services for a leg infection. The office scheduled me for a mid-day appointment on the Friday before the New Year’s weekend. The doctor was very timely and thorough in his assessment. He prescribed an antibiotic and had me on my way in short order. I was very pleased and impressed with his skills and would highly recommend him for general medical attention. Thank you!

I was a walk-in patient. Fortunately I could see a GP within 45minutes. The GP who saw me was attentive and diagnosed my issue quickly, got me to do an ECG and within minutes I was back in her office again for the results, so very convenient! Getting a diagnosis there and then is priceless when one needs answers ASAP. The whole experience was pleasant and positive on all levels.

Dr Mauro zoopa was very friendly and polite and explained everything clearly and in a manner I could understand. Highly recommend anyone wanting a good doctor to see Dr Zoopa. Thank you.

Horrible experience with Dr. Arun Singla, I've never been so bad treated for a Doctor like that. Very rude, disrespectful and no caring. I could give less than one star if you could.
