Able and Co.thank you for the support you gave me in my time of need. I lost everything after going through a horrible divorce. You literally just saved my life. A parcel of food from your cafe Foliage and now a box full of bedding, pillows and some skin care.

Placed an order through catc nearly 4 weeks ago has not arrived and cannot contact the company via phone or email have read a lot of reviews that they are a scam company since and it seems to be true.

Placed on order online. Has been over a week and there's been no movement - order still showing as "placed" even though the website says shipping in 72 hours. Have tried calling - no answer, have tried direct message - no answer, have tried emailing - no answer. Wish I had read some of these other reviews before placing an order. Zero communication from this business.

This is a sham company. Do not buy from them. I ordered a gift for my husband's birthday and have not received it and after reading everyone else's comments doubt I ever well.

I made a purchase on Catch from this store and never received my order. It was shipped 92 days ago and I messaged the seller on Catch and they said that they will resend the package. When the seller said that they will resend the order, the original package was in transit for 33 days at this point. Now it has been 92 days and I never got the first package and never got a tracking number or the parcel for the second one. And they asked me to give them a review, well here you go. I am quite unhappy with this service.

If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased an entertainment unit which was over $1,000.00 from Hobby Home & Garden on the 5th of September.after several calls for weeks on end and Hobby Home advising that the entertainment unit was due to be delivered tomorrow.it seems that tomorrow never comes. I have never been provided with an tracking numbers and now they have stopped communicating with me. SCAM company. BEWARE Do not purchase from them! They take your money and never send the items that you purchase. Unfortunately now I have to turn to solicitors to try to get my money back. BEWARE!

Do not bother buying off this company. I’ve been waiting 6 weeks for an order and all they said was it wasn’t their problem, they sent it. It must be Australia Post. I don’t care who’s problem it is. I purchased it off you, and it’s your problem to chase it up not pass the buck. Blaming it on COVID, yet I’ve gotten International orders quicker. Do not bother with them

Don’t order with this company. They will take your money and not deliver. Ordered a table which was advertised as 2-6 day delivery. Nearly six weeks later and still no table and no response from this company regarding the table. Have referred the matter to Fair Trading. Avoid at all costs!

Came in about 12 and was served by a nice gentleman who knew everything about hydroponics.

He gave me some great advice about setting up my own wall garden.

He went out of his way to get stock down and call his boss to get advice when he didn't have all the answers.

I ended up starting small and bought a small nutrient kit from Green Planet about $99 and bought some plants.

Nice business and they have a good coffee shop.

HIGHLY recommend you going in and speaking to them

Recently visit the store after I saw an Advert on Facebook selling pots cheap.

When I went into the store I was surprised, I thought it would be a dingy store front but instead it was a oasis.

There is a cute coffee shop inside with fantastic Vietnamese Food. (I took a lot home due to the limited seating).

As I walked around the shop it was full of such cool things.

I ended up buying a chopping board and some jars.

They have so many South Australian businesses in there.

Keep up the good work.

I have been trying to get tracking details from these guys for 2 weeks now. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM VIA MYDEAL. They go via the name Hobby Hydro & Home Brew. They don’t respond to the customer service people from mydeal and they don’t respond to customers.

These guys are awesome, had a little hiccup with the order and they sent out the wrong size, but they fixed that up as soon as I informed them and the people are really friendly and understanding, I will definitely be shopping here again and recommending them to everyone I know, thanks heaps hobby home and garden! So wanted to say thank you for sending my items out on time. I know it wasn't your fault with the courier driver taking 4 weeks to deliver to me. COVID isn't an excuse for them.

Recently Purchased an item online with these guys.

Item cam wrapped in black plastic which is a little wasteful but it did protect the item that was sent.

Ordered and delivered within a week.

My partner also purchased from these guys via Mydeal. She ordered some items for the garden and it took three weeks to come.

Australia Post website kept delaying so not their fault.

Want to say thanks and will be shopping direct as always as they having given me a discount code.

Great store. Mix of a little of everything. We went there for a coffee as we heard about it and ended up buying a few pots, plants and soil. Great store with a fantastic vibe.

Garden supplies as well which is great and the giftware is unique. Highly recommend you come and check this gem out.

Just to make a long story short I wouldn't recommend them for purchases on deal or catch they don't deliver they are also under the name BB Hydro don't use them either there prices are good but the only deliver half the time if your lucky
