Had such a fantastic day out on the Port. Sarah was an amazing host and really went over and beyond to make our bday celebrations a real success. We had many laughs and even seen dolphins. It was just a really great experience

RUINED MY BIRTHDAY AND WONT GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK! I booked a cruise for my birthday in February. I showed up on the day to be told it was too windy to go out and I could sit in the boat tied up to the dock and wait. I never got to leave the dock because it was “too windy”. I don’t know why someone couldn’t have contacted me earlier that day to change it as you have weather maps days in advance. I was told I can rebook free of charge, I have emailed since trying to rebook and got no response. After weeks I emailed again just wanting a refund and still no response. Horrible customer service, would not recommend!

Fantastic concept, the owner "Sarah" was very easy to work with on my sons bday gift. Food was yum, recommend the salt n pepper calamari, buffalo wings, kids loved Hawaiian pizza n wedges. Easy to drive, clear instructions and enjoyable for all. Thankyou portobello cruises.
