Port Vincent Foreshore Caravan Park reviews
42Absolutely brilliant we love coming here, staff are warm and friendly park is in tip top shape, amenities are super clean
To be closer to the shoreline, you would have to be floating.
Brilliant views from the cabin.
Highly recommend
At short notice, managed to get a powered beach front site. Staff were very friendly, check-in was easy and facilities were very clean. Could not fault anything.
We were absolutely pleased with the position of the cabin (cabin 8) the layout and cleanliness, Beds where comfortable. Staff made everything from booking to returning the key a pleasurable experience will absolutely return. Waterfront cabins
Ok.what can I say? The cabin was immaculate, and I had to literally walk 10 steps at high tide to go beach fishing. The staff? Bloody incredible.couldnt do enough to help and always with a smile. The amenities.top of the range. The views.to die for! Absolutely is forever my " to go to " place now. I dont need to travel Australia. I found this little fairytale place instead. Thank you to everyone associated with that Park. Cannot wait to return. Xxx
Great place to stay cabins clean park beautiful maintained staff are friendly and scenery was beautiful Didn't really want to leave. This is from a queenlander Judy B
Just enjoyed 4 days on a powered site, ablutions were spotlessly clean, and grounds were incredibly well kept, lawn in great condition with edges trimmed. A very pleasant stay, with friendly staff a big thank you to Kyle for lending me a socket and ratchet to fix my anode in caravan hot water service, Would highly recommend am returning next month for another peaceful stay.
Great location. We got a site against the sea bank. We bought fish n’ chips from the kiosk nearby and just sat at the bank enjoying the food, watching the peaceful ocean and basking in the sun.
Cabin stay was great. Very clean and tidy. Supplied linen and blankets, but in cooler months, take more to keep warm. Also towels supplied. Great views, great park facilities.
Great place to stay the management are working constantly keeping the park clean and efficient well Done will be coming back its awsome I highly recommend this getaway.
Great location with beautiful views, stayed in an ensuite cabin which was clean and had all we needed. Short walk to IGA supermarket and dining.
Brilliant caravan park in the most perfect location only steps away from the beach. Have been coming for years but just keeps getting better. Thank you to the new park owners for a great hosted Movie Night and Pancake breakfast
We have been coming here for years around November and stay for a week in an Ensuite Cabin. Very happy with the facilities and close proximity to shops, kiosk and local pub. Not too far to tour around nearby towns and drive across to Moonta. Looking out from our front window/deck with uninterrupted sea views and the water so close to easily go crabbing or fishing.
Nice park, friendly staff, pitty they didn't have a means of supplying tv to patrons. Very easy to have cableing to power supply mushrooms. My wife loves her evening tv shows so guess we won't be back. I sort of agree with her, I like my sports shows at night.
I have since been contacted by the park management and have resolved our problem, we are now to return at a future date.
Happy now.
Great park with great views in every direction, so close to the water it's definitely a place we will return to soon we really liked it, well done guys
This Park has a brilliant location. We stayed in an ensuite Cabin and it was roomy and well maintained. Very clean and well presented.
At high tide the sea was about 4 metres from the decking outside our door. A most peaceful way to relax and sleep, hearing the sounds of the sea. What could be better.
You can fish off the seawall located in the Park and there is also fish cleaning facilities on site. There were quite a few caravans on site even though it was in the dead of winter and very windy over the days we stayed.
I'll be back and will try my hand at fishing next time.
We stayed in a cabin right on the foreshore. Beautiful view over the beach and water. Heaps of Birdlife. It was a full moon, so the view of the moon's reflection off the water was brilliant.
Lots of great, clean electric BBQs. Great facilities. Great walking tracks all around.
Foreshore caravan park at port Vincent is the best place on the yerkes to stay by a long shot. Fishing and crabbing is great what more could you ask for.
A very good park excellent facilities, we had caravan spot near great view of foreshore.highly recommend.
This caravan park I felt is a bit of a standard experience. Every site was booked when we went, so we go put on site 69 which backs onto the road. On check-in I felt the customer service was below average. The lady didn't seem to have the time of day for us and any question we had. We later decided to rent a tandem kayak for $15 for an hour which is fine. The kayak however felt like a death-trap. It was so ridiculously heavy and full of water that barely 30 seconds after putting it in the water I was up to waist in water which led to a stressful hour on the water.
Amenties block was quite good, and caravan park is also in a good location just a couple minutes to the beach, main street etc.
