Reception staff are lovely- such a rarity these days.
Dr Kabir is lovely and very thorough but Dr Sultana not so great, terrible bed side manner. Prescribed antibiotics for a cough! Was very condescending & rude when I asked for a Valium prescription because I'm very claustrophobic and need it when having a dental procedure, MRI or flying. Rudely informed me we don't prescribe drugs of dependence & then charged Medicare for a long consult!

Appointments mean absolutely nothing here. Got seen 45mins to 1hr after my appointment time on multiple occasions. Doctors seem to not really care and the front desk staff is useless in terms of providing any sort of timeline. Don't waste your time here.

Finally, I found a fantastic clinic and a doctor who listens and addresses my concerns.

They are lacking basic knowledge and have no interest in helping people. The doctor had less knowledge than myself and refused to help because it was “too complex” for her; saying that it’s up to her as to whether or not she chooses to help me. She also got upset that I had visited a different doctor practice, prior to theirs; told me to go back to them and then, made wildly false allegations about my previous doctor. Both appointments I had were running 30+ minutes late and the doctors were very rude, speaking over the top of me and being dismissive of what I had to say. Would not recommend.

Female receptionist is so rude! But the doctors are very nice and helpful. Recommend it if you can handle the receptionist rude and snappy attitude

Worst docs in the area! They cancel your appointments last minute or just don’t call at all if you have a phone appointment! I had a 2: 20 appointment today over the phone I had no phone call by 5: 30. I called the practice and they said doc will call before he leaves. It is now 6: 30, they are closed and no one rang me! This isn’t the first time I’ve had this experience here, but they are one of the last bulk billers so where else can I go!

Very bad experience with this clinic, the doctor was running 1 hour late already- I was happy to wait no complaints or questions raised.
Booked in for my cervical smear test got told by Dr Tuhin Sultana on the day I needed to come back the following day for the smear test & today was only for taking a medical history consultation. I Specifically rang to book in for a smear test not a "taking a medical history appointment". And to make matters worse Dr Sultana did not use any lubricant when performing a smear test which caused excruciating pain, and I had active bleeding after the smear test and lower abdominal cramping pain for a couple of days. Never have I experienced any bleeding post cervical screening test. Nor horrendous pain like that, Dr Sultana Was blunt and rough in her approach. No compassion & empathy. I left a message for the Practice manager regarding the incident & she has not attempted to contact me to see how I was going to say the least.

Dr Tuhin Sultana is an excellent general practitioner. She has great experience in general practice and deals very efficiently with both male and female patients. She is excellent in Paps smear and other complicated family issues. Lovely and very polite person. She usually doesn’t do any procedure or Paps Smear in her first-ever visit. She builds up
the good rapport before she proceeds to
deals with any sensitive and private matters. I was very scared about my Paps Smear, and she motivated me and make me comfortable first and then did the paps smear which I think very ideal. She prevented me from spreading my cervical cancer to other parts. Since then, she see my parents, my children and husbands. Very grateful to her and wishes her all the best.

If there was an option for no star that’s what I would pick. Not only do they leave you waiting 30/40 minutes at a time sometimes to an hour, they don’t even have qualified doctors to prescribe the appropriate medications to their patients. They’re absolutely useless and very unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor surgery to anyone. Don’t waste your time.

Really nice new clinic. Great doctors and the reception staff are more than wonderful. The fact that this practice bulk bills is a huge positive and reason enough to make these guys your family doctor. Very impressed.
