Pop-Up Health reviews
14My uncle had a great experience with Pop Up Health nurses. Glad they could help him get better at home so he didn’t have to stay in hospital.
Very attentive and called to tell me they were on their way. The nurses helped reassure me about my treatment and my progress.
Had a abscess surgery done in Queen Elizabeth hospital. I was given off from hospital and nurses had to come to visit my place for clean up and replace the padding. I have never experienced such a incredible service from any medical team till now.
1) All the nurses had empathy towards me and treated me so kindly.
2) Very committed, informed me 1 hour prior of there arrival.
3) Always shared information on any queries I had.
4) Always carry enough bandages & safety packs.
5) I had been treated with almost 8 different nurses but each of them helped my in every way they could to heal my abscess.
6) Excellent on communication and very polite even after working 8-10 hours shift I never felt that exhausted behaviour from any one, always keen to help and supportive.
To wrap up I would say THANK YOU TEAM.
Just giving Pop up Health a review. I have COVID and was referred to My Home Hospital after having the first anti viral infusion at CCC. The two nurses that visited me over the last few days were first class. My husband was in the rah with it so I was home on my own. Having a Dr ring me each day and your lovely nurses coming in was very reassuring. 11/10! They rang me half an hour before they came and were warm, caring and so competent. It made that home alone feeling so much better. I’d recommend Pop-up Health to anyone who wants exceptional service.
After you apply for a position, they will call you and ask you alot of questions and then with no update at all. Very rude. Better apply for positions in another places.
Poor Service, Communication between staff is terrible and they left my 88 year old grandfather in a chair for 9 hours with a fractured hip after a fall. Didn't call an ambulance or family.
If you are a veteran do not use this service i have been treated disgustingly.do your mental health a favour and stay away.very unorganized and dont really care about your health its more a pop up money scam.
A huge thank you to all the lovely, kind, caring and professional nursing staff that came to our home for the past 2 weeks to clean and wound dress my husband's leg. I would recommend pop up Community care to anyone needing these type of services. Again many thanks
My nurses ive had & still now i do but every 2nd day now have been absolutely fabulous.i would recommend them2 any1 needing extra care wif medication etc.
Very friendly nurses who listen when you're uncomfortable and do everything they can to make you comfortable at your own home instead of remaining in hospital.
Thanks to all of you
The nursing staff are absolutely wonderful. With out pup up nurses I would be stuck in hospital for wound care. Thankyou pop up nurses!
Love the nurses, company is polite on phones when calling. The only thing is the little boxes you give each person are never properly stocked. My stock is now low of the biatain which other companies order me the stock in. The nurses need a case with the items needed for the patient.
Very impressed with the service that I am receiving from Pop Up Community Care. Staff are so polite, courteous and helpful. I’m so grateful that they are there to assist me in staying at home with my illness. I would recommend them to anybody needing that extra bit of care at home.
They rang y doorbell but I am disabled & was in bed. Y the time I got up to answer the door in my wheelchair they had gone
