My advice and warning do not have your pool painted by these people they have a man working for them call Richard Robert Brace he was working for himself he did my pool which I can’t use and did not follow through with his warranty of 5 years and refused to come and have a look at his work he did.kept blaming things on everything else and other people and was not licensed I told them about this man they didn’t care

Have been using Poolwerx Westlakes for 6 years. Staff are very knowledgeable and
give fantastic customer service. Had some issues recently with my pool not producing enough chlorine, Paul and Carmelo went out of there way to find the problem and fix. I Highly recommend Poolwerx Westlakes.

Staff here are very knowledgeable and helpful with a good range of products for the pool owner. I find the water testing particularly helpful in managing my pool balance during the swimming season.

Great pool supply store. Staff are super friendly and helpful. Usually very busy over a weekend but it is worth the wait to be served. As a new spa owner they assisted me in purchasing the right chemicals needed and told me what would be a waste of money. This definitely is my go-to store now for anything spa related. Thanks guys

Went in ask for a pool part for filter I didn't know the brand said couldn't help didn't even ask other worker or look in the back where they stock parts. Moment I walked toward entranced door she laughed behind my back with other worker how RUDE I will never step foot back in the place ever again

Not happy came to buy Tornado Cleaning brush. At 11am and was sold out. How many did you have 10? Very disappointed.

Very poor service and kept pushing products and equipment on me.
I ended up getting a second opinion and was told my pool equipment was good and no need to change anything. My pool levels are perfect and water crystal clear. Saved $$$$

We've been shopping at Poolwerx since we moved into our house 14 years ago. One of our first purchases was a Daisy Pool cover. It has been fabulous, and we are finally in need of a new one. This pool cover has lasted us 14 years and saved us many litres of water. Our friends bought a cheap pool blanket online. Lasted them 12 months. Thanks Heather, Peter and team.

Yes, had a similar experience.they kept trying to get me to upgrade my equipment but I couldn't afford to.
That was last Summer and the equipment is still going strong and no problem with water quality when I get it tested. I appreciate it's a Business but we can't afford to upgrade unnecessarily, particularly when we are on a fixed income.
