Dealt with Jordan the other day. She was absolutely fantastic. Simplified what I needed to do with my pool as I’m only just learning about it. Awesome to deal with and could not fault her customer service.

Spoke to the friendly staff yesterday about a problem with my cleaning robot yesterday. They said they could service but have a chat to Darren 1st. Darren gave me some tips to try fixing it myself first. Just did it and she’s working like new! Have been going to Darren & his team for a few years now and the service is always great. Thanks heaps

Called into Poolwerx Morphet Vale looking for an o-ring, no luck but very helpful Josh suggested I try Brighton. Arrived at Brighton and Josh had called ahead, Darren didn't have the part but he did have information, a temporary solution and a promise to try and find the part for me.

True to his word, the temporary fix worked, he was able to source the part we needed quickly and he called me back!

Overall fantastic customer service experience from Poolwerx, friendly, happy knowledgeable staff all round. Well laid out, clean stores and displays.

We will be using Poolworx for our pool needs going forward.

Hired to do a casual pool clean and had a bad experience.

1. Asked for a deposit upfront for a casual pool clean, and gave me the wrong bank account details for the transfer, to which I sent money to.
2. Said it would either be a casual pool clean or a green pool clean, but then blatantly tried to charge me for both.
3. Apparently unnecessary chemical use - both visits used a clarifier, despite the report saying the pool was clear already, using large amounts of acid on the first visit, then alkalineser on the second, etc. All without any attempt to get in touch with me to discuss the pool report and the chemical requirements.

Two visits in and the pool is still unusable.

All in all this had the feel of an attempted cash grab exploiting people too busy to micromanage their pool cleaning service, something a couple of the other reviews here have pointed out.

I'd stay clear of hiring them unless you're willing to be present while they service the pool and keep careful tabs on exactly what goes on.

I've gone ahead and hired a more trustworthy company to continue maintaining my pool, and am looking forward to getting a response from this company regarding the above.

We recently fully renovated our pool, from new tiles & coping to a complete new ozone filtration system and robotic cleaner. Darren from Poolwerx helped us with every aspect of our renovation, including liaising with our builder, landscaper & tiling guy. Darren went out of his way to ensure the finished product was of the highest quality and everything was working as it should. I have been going to Darren for advice on our pool for over 10 years and have always received excellent customer service. Highly recommended.

Hired this company twice and both times they failed to complete the job. Once with the Pool Cover, after several requests and no reply, I completed the job myself. I was hesitant to hire them again and with their second chance, the attendant didn't even clean out the filter or run the backwash and charged more for the service than their competitors.

Your one stop shop for all your pool requirements. Customer service was fantastic and demonstrated a willingness to assist and provide advise. Situated on Brighton Road, however has parking facility at the rear of the store.

Expert technicians, know exactly what they are doing and are fast at fixing problems. They also give great advice in maintaining pools to avoid pools from going green and equipment issues. Highly recommend these guys.

Without Price list shows either on their website or in the shop you could receive a pool service bill from $ to $$$$. Just be careful. They can charge you what they want and always have a perfect excuse.
