Point Malcolm Reserve reviews
51 Love this playground. The facilities are new since they did a refurb a year or two ago. Tennis courts, basketball court, three separate playground areas, plus a work out station. Massive patch of grass great to kick the ball around. Toilets are close by, beach is just over the dunes. There's a drinking tap, and BBQs too, seating as well. Definitely my favourite playground on the Esplanade from outer harbour to Glenelg (yet to try the glenelg playground).
Side note: some more planning on the council's part would be useful. Everyone was cleared out early on NYE because of the timed sprinklers that came on around 8pm. Ruined a few BBQs.
This park is great, right near the beach. 2 play areas and the equipment us brand new and very cool. Lots of if tennis courts and parks.awesome bbq play picnic place for the family.
Was a great reserve with tennis, basketball and playgrounds. A few more toilets would be ideal and maybe some more shade. Other than that, great atmosphere.
Free parking next to surf life saving club. Playground nearby and a walking/cycling trail passes through. Only a 5 minute walk down to beach and its a bit quiter than Semaphore. Beautiful clean beach area, for swimming or relaxing, also kite flying. Great spot to also watch the sunset.
Great oval and play ground. Stuff for all ages. Sent hours there and my 3 kids and I did not get bored
It's actually pretty lit here. I went here at 3am and enjoyed myself without any whining little kids around. On a hot night in the dark; I'll defo be coming back.
Great reserve for children and families alike. The only negative I had was how some people leave the BBQs that are supplied.
Good range of playground equipment for various ages, plus basketball, sandpit, water-play, lots of lawn, toilets, bbq facilities. Well maintained and pleasant atmosphere.
What an incredible play area its got it all walking tracks basketball courts play equipment everywhere so much fun in one area there is great access to the beach, places to bbq aswell highly reccomend this place for families and dog lovers an all encompassing venue!
Girls love the flying fox. Many varied playing activities for various ages. A bit of a walk to the toilets. Well laid out
