Poetic Justice Cafe Gallery reviews
67Thank you for your excellent service this morning as we celebrated my daughter's birthday. The food was of high standard and your hospitality, warmth and presentation was outstanding. We will definitely visit again.
This places food is huge and pretty bloody tasty.
The lady there is amazing and friendly.
Was really got in there but the lady put the aircon on and that was heaps better.
The cheese omelette was amazing for 8 bucks had to ask for a take away container. The vanilla slice fully was to die for.
Had 2 of our young grandchildren with us on our visit here for breakfast one day. They offered a great selection of breakfast requirements. Nice size portions. Pancakes are just delicious & BIG oh wow they were yummy too. Great tea coffee milkshakes here along with great service. Highly recommended if you your looking for a nice little place to sit & eat with the kids.
Fabulous coffee! It was well worth the wait it took to make it, honestly some of the best coffees I’ve ever had in SA. Keep up the fab work!
Ben the owner is very immature, will send a match request on Hinge, ask for your Snapchat and when you say no he will block you. He is a grown man keep in mind but treats women like this. Disgusting. And thanks, you know who Ben is
Had an awesome experience! Such a cosy, welcoming vibe. Coffee- amazing! Food- delicious and filling! Thankyou so much!
Wonderful service and host that went above and beyond.delicious food that caters for GF and DF options too, definitely worth the visit.
Popped in for a quick bite to eat. Hubby had the burger one of the best and nicest tasting ones he's had in a long while. Caesar salad was large, chicken was well seasoned and quite tasty. Light and Airy shop with good natural light. Smoothie was to die for. Jax has a great bubbly personality. Coffee came highly recommended. Will definitely be back. Compliments to the cook!
Disgusting behaviour from staff this morning. Could hear swearing coming from the back when young children present. Not a very nice atmosphere at all and very unsettling.
Want a awesome meal with a fantastic service then you can't go past Poetic Justice Cafe Gallery. Every meal is made with love by the PJ crew and the meals taste delicious This is our favourite local cafe to dine at. You won't be disappointed When visiting Gawler this cafe is a definite one to not pass by.
Every time we come Gayle is so friendly and ridiculously nice to all her guests she knows. Knowing how much she helps out the community is the icing on the cake. Serving size is waaaay generous, fed me and hubby with enough left over for a third person easy. I hope Poetic stays a Gawler staple for many years.
Amazing breakfast and pancakes for the girls. Lovely service smiles all round Thank you for brightening up our day
I just walked into this cafe and had to walk out again as the lady who went to serve me was incredibly rude.
I was so upset that I just up and left. I was told by the person I walked in with, that the lady serving was the owner. So disrespectful. I felt literally sick. I will never step foot in there again.
Refreshingly friendly staff! The definition of hospitality. The lady mistakenly served our coffee in takeaway cups and then gave us the most delicious sticky date pudding to make up for it. Afterwards an elderly man in the cafe was about to get a parking fine on his car across the road, the lady ran across the road and prevented it from happening! What a kind soul
Fell in love as soon as we walked in here. The walls are a complete and utter artwork within themselves, every time you look you notice something new, if you have time you can just get lost looking at the walls.
The artwork around the place is stunning as well, mostly local Gawler artists.
We only had time for a quick coffee today but I took a photo of the menu so that we can go back and we will 100% be back.
While we were having our coffee the owner came out for a chat. Lovely woman who was so friendly and made us feel welcome.
There are vegetarian and vegan options and all the cakes are gluten free (including a lemon myrtle and ginger cheesecake YUM) I cannot wait to come back and try the Quinoa salad!
This is a new hidden gem in Gawler and I highly recommend it - we will be back.
What a beautiful, friendly happy place to dine. Highly recommend, food was amazing, pancakes were the best I have ever had and such pretty presentation, ample servings, very happy for a leisurely Sunday breakfast, will definitely be back
Delicious food and coffee. Delightful company and interaction.
It would be a go to Cafe for just reading or drawing.
I called to find out if the cafe does a beef burger. The owner told me that they do the best burgers in Gawler. I was honestly sceptical, I've heard that one before.
After eating the burger and sampling the coffee I can confirm that this was easily the best burger and coffee I Have ever had in Gawler.
Thanks
Amazing customer service, on a public holiday and right at close — genuinely kind and super generous. Thank you so much, made our day
I really enjoyed the friendly and helpful service. Whilst it's an unassuming venue, the food was absolutely delicious and we all raved about the vegan Apple Walnut cake. You would never know it was vegan! Positively the best coffee ever!
