Very appalling customer service! Have sent over 10 emails but they don’t have the courtesy to response. I was not in town for a short period of time then was unable to drive for a reason. But their cancellation policy has zero flexibility and is obviously very out of date. In these days of age, you would think any matter can be conducted over emails? ! But not Fitness First. Unless there’s a different agenda altogether. Very very not happy with their customer service and lack of communication. As for the centre itself, the ventilation is very poor.

Can not recommend this gym, AFTER HOURS USERS BE AWARE. After two unpleasant early morning visits, i cancelled my contract in the cooling off period, as the enviroment was affecting how i was feeling, warm air mixing with synthetics, that are gassing off, around the gym, lack of cool air, made me feel awful.
I informed management, they said the air conditioning is working fine, no one else has complained. When you visit during the day its a wonderful environment, plenty of cool air, thats why i signed up. Having worked in the air conditioning industry for 52yrs, i know when some one is having a laugh, at my exspense!

Just moved from Sydney, card worked immediately, great setup with plenty of space. Has been ideal over Easter. Yet to see it at its busiest but so far so good

Pretty good set up, its got everything you need. My only complaint and reason it didn't get 5 stars is the shower, the whole arm and shower head needs replacing, it leaks and sprays out from all joins, put it in the wrong position and it sprays over the curtain and gets your clothes wet.

Very happy with this gym, good quality equipment, clean and staff is always friendly. Highly recommend.

Decent gym with average machine quality. Not much variety/latest machines.

Floor and equipments are well maintained/cleaned but rest rooms not so much.

Sufficient for beginners and casual trainings.

This is our gym where we go nice and clean environment and beautiful people to work out around so yeah

Gym has excellent equipment and is clean and well maintained, staff is friendly and very helpful also.

I have been a member of Plus Fitness Marleston Gym for one year and I can say that it is the best gym in the area.
1. Great facility (toilets, showers, floor are clean. Plus Fitness team cleans the gym every day)
2. Variety of Equipment.
3. Extremely friendly and helpful stuff.
4. Highly Professional Personal trainer and Manager.

Hot water supply is down from long, thats why I always avoid going there, I usually get shower after my workout but here I can't make that out.: (

I liked my experience at this plus fitness gym. The equipment is great and all the facilities are new. The only thing was there is no air conditioning where the cardio is. The shower is pretty good ans I love the rope on the wall!
