First day back after being away for 5 years, they still remembered me and the service was still as friendly and personal as ever.

Only been a member for acouple days but loving my experience friendly staff and members and close to everything you need gym related be it shops or a supplement store only a short walk down the street.

The personal trainer is a misogynist, the gym already doesn't have female gym goers because of the male gaze.
But the staff is rude and would tell u to leave a space because they training their clients
Calling out a gym goer because she is uncomfortable having three males standing on her when she work out.
Will argue and call you out so you won't come here again

Also, no female toilets. So if you come on a bad day all the toilets will be covered in filth. Ask any gym goer they can attest to this.

The fans/aircon doesn't work on humid days forget going in on a smearing hot day.

The staff and members won't rerack/wipe or use towels. So you be wiping sticky benches.

Literally would trip on weights and equipment on floor

The smell and suffocation can be unbearable

Plus Fitness is the best fitness centre I have ever tried. They helping people to reach their fitness goals and trainer is also good to give an advice according to your fitness goal. I love to go over there and feel motivated each and every day. Highly recommend one.

This gym have good equipment there staff is very friendly they guide very good and my experience is very at here.

Its amazing, i went to the gym where i was weighing 75 kgs, i came out with 6 pack abs and 70 kgs.

FRIENDLY STAFF AND LOTS OF VARIED, UPDATED AND WELL MANTAINED EQUIPMENT TO WORK OUT ON. THE GYM IS KEPT CLEAN AND HAVE EASY PARKING. IT IS SAFE AND SECURE PLACE TO WORKOUT EVEN AT LATE NIGHTS OR EARLY MORNINGS.

It's okay, cheap and has everything you need - squat rack, bench, dumbbells, and an area for deadlifting. Not much equipment but the place is not busy enough for it to matter with mostly casual gymgoers.

Docking points because the barbells are 100% thicker than a standard oly barbell. Very strange, don't know where they got them. Might be good for grip training but don't walk in expecting to pull what you would at any other gym

Can't even find out how much a membership would cost without giving away my contact details to "make an enquiry"

Has everything I need to succeed in my journey of weight loss and muscle gains, and it's in close proximity to where I live 5 minutes away very convenient

Most unhygienic and smelly gym I've used. I refuse to return and everytime I ring to cancel my membership no one answers the phone.

Worst customer service ever had and would never recommend this gym facility to others. When we requested to cancel the gym membership during my isolation period due to Covid, they are very bad in processing the request and demanding me to pay one more fortnight membership fees without any reason. Why should I pay an extra fortnight membership fees without any reason? Worst customer service ever had from the Enfield fitness centre.

Worst customer service ever, I would never recommend this gym facility to others.

I was in quarantine due to Covid, I called them requesting to cancel my membership, after sending them so many emails they finally put my account on hold, the staff is very cunning, I was told over the phone that my account is on hold and no payment will come out from my bank account. After 2 days they started taking out payments. When I went to Enfield to cancel my membership they said another payment will be taken out before cancelling the membership.

No work ethics, no professionalism!

I went in to help my son join up and make sure the place was up to standard. I was so pleased with the staff and the friendly environment that I also joined the club!
