The gym is pretty good. I think the only downfall is that some of the equipment is old or damaged and not too much variety.

Not good I was with them from last one year. They have no proper hygiene procedures and their machines are very old.

Great equipment. Love the 1 on 1 help. Fantastic staff. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Staffed every day certain hours.

Pretty good gym. It's got the basic stuff you need but it can sometimes get crowded since its not very big. I got one question though How do I get the wifi password?

It’s is good for who willing to lose weights but to build muscle the need to provide more equipment also the mirror should be your best friend in the gym you can not see calf the reflection closely, plus equipment blocked as well. 2 out 10

Good gym with decent equipment. It's never too busy when we go between 6-8pm on weeknights. Music isn't too loud and staff are nice and friendly.

Its ok, the up side is the staff are very helpful and friendly and the equipment is great but when its broken, its downtime for that machine can reach up to 3 months plus.

I've been a member for years and this is a great gym with everything you need and never too crowded. Easy to get on to any equipment you want to use. The staff are excellent and it's good to see Michael back in the club again

Good for me but wouldn't be for everyone the machine weights average free weights and free weight machines good but would like user screens on the treadmills as the TVs are above your head and you are unable to watch them.

The people here have been amazing since my recovery from my surgery and everyone is friendly aswell. Good place to build yourself back up or meet awesome people

Good clean gym with friendly staff. Able to do a good workout. Could improve by adding a incline barbell bench press, upright hack squad machine and trap bar.

You dont even need a gym membership just a friend whos a member and he can sneak you in.
You guys really need to fix this issue.

When U join you are told there are no contractual obligations and therefore you can retract membership with 2 weeks notice. After leaving the area to move interstate I called through and asked to cease membership. I was then told the only way I could do that was to come in personally with ID even after explaining I was in another state with COVID travel restrictions further making this impossible. After a continuous circular argument I simply told them I would stop authorisation at which point the lady said, "we will send debt collectors after you". Wake up people and who do you think you are threatening?

If there will be a rating less than 1 star, i ll give them that. Poor quality.
The staff lacks customer service. I cancelled gym service in March, but still they over debit me without my consent for 10 weeks. They don’t even bother to apologise for that and told me it was system problem.
When i asked them for refund they still didn’t process it. Even its been more than a month.

Opened 24 hours every day with good and clean equipment for affordable prices. What more can you ask for.

Plus fitness fails to keep in contact when important, was not informed when they were going to reopen and that they were going to resume taking payments.
Frequently the equipment is broken and won't be repaired for months.
When cancelling your membership they will tell you, you only have to pay for the fortnight, but they forced us to pay for the month, saying you can continue to use their service. They then proceeded to keep the cards that allow you to enter the gym.
I'm unimpressed with their service and quality

Will be cancelling my membership when I got told we had 3 months on hold when really was a month why say 3 months and han say 1 month.get your facts right

I have been going here for over a year now and i'm pretty happy over all. The only issue is that some people refuse to wear deoderant and stink the place out. I think a few more signs and inforcing the rule could help with this. Apart from that the staff are very friendly and its a good atmosphere to do my workouts in.
