Had a minor surgical procedure done and Dr did an excellent job. Reception and nursing staff very pleasant. Great service.

Waited over an hour for my appt no apologies from staff, or pre notice that they were running late

Had a 5.10 appointment. Rang a hour later couldn’t get through. I do appointments when I am sick. No wonder people have to go to emergency.

Booked in for my daughters 12month needles waited in the waiting room for over a hour for the doctor to tell me he could do it as he didn’t have any stock. They should have known this when I booked my appointment. Wasted my

Great service, pleasant staff and found the doctor pleasant and thorough. I would've given 5 stars but had to wait an hour even though one of the first appointments. Will certainly be returning

Would not recommend, doctor seemed rushed and didn't even want to look over my 4 month old properly or want to know the history of her sickness. Was basically given a script and pushed out the door.

Waited an hour for my grandsons appointment. Needless to say, after 40 minutes he had had enough and was very cranky. Doctor wasn't sympathetic or nice at all, without an effort to try make him feel welcome. At the end of the whole not even 5 minute experience, the doctor just quite rudely said he can't help and walked off.wouldn't recommend to anyone with children in particular.

I went here for first time with a real bad sore throat even thought was tonsillitis I could not swallow or breathe at night. Put in isolation room and doctor did not even look at my throat or go near me just gave me antibiotics and told me to do a throat swab. I don’t know why the results went to my mothers mobile who was listed as an emergency contact! I also have been trying to call and leave messages for a week to get results and no answer or call back I’m in shock of this surgery.

Sent to an isolation room, inside there are no tissues and they don’t even close the door so what’s the point? Appointment was first of the day, 8: 30 doctor was late by almost 40min. Place is a joke. Booked by mistake as it had similar name to another local clinic.

My daughter appointment was at 10: 20am and we did not get seen until 11: 25 once we where in the room he took a call from a different patient.then he look at my daughter and went she got a cold and that will affect her eyes she’s is fine and to old us to leave. Keep in mind we went in to get her ears look at because she was crying in pain.

Have been here multiple times always find staff to be lovely, Dr Sadiq has always listened to my problems and given assistance both in person visits and telehealth. Have also seen physio and she is lovely and very helpful

3 times now has not called on a Telehealth appointment. Doctor marks it as attended. Ripping off Medicare and not doing the work. (You never even called my phone to miss the call) no missed calls. 3 telehealth appointments. You mark it as I've attended but haven't even called let alone attended.

Would Recommend. This practice was welcoming. Friendly staff. Very little wait time and multiple services in one location

Have appointment at 5 but the doctor rang me at 5: 45 and I missed it. Try to call back he didn’t pick up the phone. Disappointed!

Gp running an hour late, taking 15 mins between each patient, not thorough, didn't help with my issue. Receptionist was lovely though
