Play Therapy Adelaide reviews
8My child loves attending Play Therapy with Emma. My child instantly warmed to Emma and I can see how it is positively impacting my child's wellbeing as Emma allows my child to be their true self in a safe and nurturing environment that she has created. Emma is very knowledgeable in her field and will happily explain in detail the process of play therapy and the progress of your child along the way. I instantly feel calm and welcoming stepping into the therapy space and wouldn't hesitate in recommending Play Therapy Adelaide to others.
We have had Emma help us with our 2 children both with autism. I cannot express in words what she has done to our family. Trust me. Just go see her and let her do her magic as she is a very special lady!
Love Emma and her room of fabulous toys! We have seen our daughter, who is 11, flourish and gain skills and problem solve with the help of play therapy. Improvement with processing, social skills, self confidence and expression. Highly recommend - she has had lots of fun and loves going back.
I did wonder if she was too old for play therapy but it has been the best therapy!
Emma began working with our son soon after he received an autism diagnosis @ 4.5
Her genuine care and enthusiasm, amazing play room and way with kids has helped him shine. He's 6 now, loving life, school, his friends and has gone from a kid scared of a world he didn't understand and didn't understand him to being a more resilient and socially active kid ready to try new things
Cant recommend enough

So grateful to have found Emma! Emma's experience and knowledge in working with young children is exceptional. I have never met anyone that can relate to children like Emma can. Her genuine kindness and love of seeing children reach their potential is something truly special. I would recommend Emma to anyone that is looking for someone to help their child grow as a person, and for parental support throughout their childs journey.
Emma spent 10 weeks in therapy with our son. He went with social issues, an inability to regulate emotions and aggressive behaviours. We provide a loving family home for him and knew he needed something we couldn't provide to work through his personal challenges. He quickly built a trusting relationship with Emma in her nurturing and safe environment and we now have a calm and confident 6yo boy.
