Plan Partners have looked after my disabled daughter incredibly well for three years now. No problems at all and always easy to communicate with. I would recommend if you want worry free NDIS plan management.

I have been so happy with the service Plan Partners provide on behalf of my daughter, especially Rollie Pontigon who has gone above and beyond to help me navigate the NDIS which can be very complicated and confusing at times. He has always been approachable and very responsive to my questions, often taking the time with a phone or video call or email to help me get the most out of my daughter's plan and improve her health outcomes. Invoices can be either set up directly to providers so I don't need to worry or otherwise easily forwarded to admin with prompt payment. Items I have purchased have also been easy to process and promptly reimbursed to me within a couple of days. The dashboard also allows you to monitor plan spending as you go. Thank you Plan Partners!

One star is over rating this company. I have called the paying invoices without me prompting them. As I have CTE and PTSD so this doesn't go well until i can get support worker to help me. When asking them for funding information for what is covered under each item in the plan they wont or cant share the information as the staff member doesnt know and wont follow it up. They just charge the monthly fee and hold onto my funds earning interest, which is all there interest in it seems $$$$. Not providing any customer service.

After over one year dealing with this company, I absolutely hate them.

I was forced into Plan Management by NDIS one year ago as I was "too disabled" to cope with self management, which was untrue, as they relied on incorrect LAN information. (I have independent witnesses to the meeting with the hopeless LAN.)

I wanted, as a choice, as I was forced into it, a Plan Management company that would allow me to put in my invoices myself, so I could keep an accurate running total of my budget, as I had done under self managed with my bookkeeper.

This company is completely hopeless.
They lost invoices. They did not pay people.
They came up with a system for me submitting provider invoices where I had to say, "I approve this invoice", but then did not accept the invoices. They replied that I needed to provide my provider details - which I was not.

It appears no one in accounting seemed to either scan invoices correctly or pay them on time, and my bookkeeper and I were wasting time and money just chasing up payments for providers. Some were 5 weeks overdue. Some were several months overdue.because they did not READ their emails with the descriptions we had spent time writing.

Dealing with NDIS funds, one expects transparency and accurate running totals of spending. They provided neither. They promised regular emails to advise where funding was spent. This never happened in any effective manner.

They breached what I would consider privacy.
After signing up to their portal, it asked me to add the names and details of my providers, which I did.

Unbeknownst to myself, they emailed all my providers! This was not asked for, as in my signup, I had mentioned I would submit all invoices. I had Support Workers and Providers ring me asking what was going on. If I am submitting invoices, whether self-managed or plan managed, the providers do not need to know the source of money. Unless of course they need to complain to the plan management company for lack of payment, which they eventually did. I also had Plan Partners round figures down on two occasions for one of my providers, and once for myself, so they were not paid the NDIS rate or invoice amount in full. It is still unknown whether they charged NDIS the invoice amount and tried to pay less. Are they taking the extra? Luckily, we followed up all these small discrepancies, as people should not be underpaid! How many clients or Providers might they be skimming a few cents here or there for payments?

The company overpromised and underdelivered, even after the first introductory phone call to sign up.

Stay away from Plan Partners!

Plan Partners - this is my honest opinion. If you reply to this, I will be offended. You have had countless opportunities to resolve many of these issues, but have chosen to look away. I emailed in a complaint letter not long ago about one of your Plan Coordinators, but you ignored it and I got NO return response to my complaint.

Bad ongoing professional service.

I wish o let everyone know this is a very bad company. Just get the fob of f when
I call. I feel they just keep me from using my insurance money. I have sent in invoices for services I have paid myself. THey do no reimburse me. It took along time to find out for some equipment I require an application form etc. So withold information. Do no send monthly accounts as outlined on my plan. Everytime I phone
I get a different person so I get fobbed off. I should be allocated a manager who is dealing with my case.

Couldn't be happier with the service giving from plan partners especially my support coordinator Natalie amazing after 2 awful agencies. Natalie has ironed out all the issue's and any problems. With out the drama and nothing but support all the way through.
Plus they are on the ball with paying the bills and even have a portal of there Own showing all bills, money usage and more which makes it so much easier and very transparent.
Once again thank you all at plan partners and especially Natalie.
