7 Very helpful with quality products.
Didn't take cash during Covid rubbish though, disgraceful.
Simply trying to return the globes I purchased the day before as they were not bright enough.
One of them was apparently broken, so she began by refusing to return the money for one of them.
My word only but I they were never dropped or roughly handled, so I have no idea why one of them was broken. I felt like I was being robbed of a $3 purchase. Then she went and did something to the eftpos machine which timed out for 10 minutes. How rude, to make me wait for 10 minutes. Apparently she has been working there for 20 plus years.
I was going to ask about getting brighter globes but she was very keen on serving the guy behind me and how's this, giving him free products.

Very helpful and friendly staff and everything I needed that I couldn't get anywhere else in Adelaide
Had the specific architectural bulb I needed and ordered in another obscure bulb for me. Great for the hard to find lighting, friendly service.
Their range of products is amazing, they pretty much have whatever you need.
The place to go for all your obscure lighting needs. They always have stock on hand
Very friendly staff and they've got loads of cool odd stuff lighting wise that you can't find anywhere else:)
