Pizza Hut Semaphore

Can't beat a $3 personal pizza, I could feed my entire family of 5 for just $15, and they even gave me a free hat

Ordered through the app, went in to pick up as the app said it was almost ready it was in the oven, got to store thinking it would be ready, they said they were out of the crust, asked what we wanted instead, everytime we suggested they said they were out of that too. Finally picked something then they began cooking.took ages. Last time it took them 1 hour of us waiting and then said they had lost our ticket. Ingredients have changed and its not tasty anymore. There was no refund for the extra we paid for cheesy crust on 4 pizzas that they didn't have plus mega top on all which it was not provided, why is it OK to just take money and not provide what's paid for, will not be returning.

I won’t bother spending money here anymore.

About 8pm. 1# pizza where is the toppings.gone missing five inches from each nothing no meat no cheese as per photo.

This was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced, employee taking our order came to the checkout whilst on the phone and I quote “Hold on one second I’am on the phone” and continued to talk on the phone. And an outrageous $3 eftpos surcharge, will not ever be coming here again after this disgusting display of poor customer service.

Wish I could leave a zero if I could. Pizzas didn’t taste right has to go back for 2 pizzas since we ordered them without mushrooms and one also had a hair in it aswell and when we got back home the pizza didn’t taste right and now I have food poisoning. I DON’T RECOMMEND GETTING PIZZA FROM HERE.

They make the pizza of their own, not like pizza hut taste. Very poor taste and ordinary service. The shop is very poorly maintained. Not recommended at all.

I ordered two hours ago and I'm still waiting. Don't go here if you plan on actually eating.

Waited on the phone for customer service, never answered my call, couldn’t get through to the store I wanted, absolutely appalling service, no wonder you are losing customers, recommend to try Domino’s

Never buty from the Pizza Hut Semaphore store. Most unprofessional outlet. I order 3 pizza's online fopr $42 and they deliver only 1 pizza. Then spend 30 minutes trying to contact them only to be told the store is closed and I would get a refund. No refund was given to me, and when they said the store was closed it was still inside of their normal trading hours.

Completely pathetic. I waited an hour and a half for my pizzas to be delivered. I tried contacting them 4 times and eventually went through to head office and even they could not get ahold of the branch. When the pizzas finally showed up they weren’t even made properly and the sauce was missing from one of the pizzas so it was very bland. Would recommend getting pizzas from somewhere else. This place is trash.

Very bad experience with this store, I preferred pizza hut rather than domino, but here is very very bad experience with pizza in terms of taste. Cant just take it pizza as a customised food, its not.u should at least have a knowledge of the based and topped sauces, what i spend, I haven’t got in return.

I had to go to Semaphore pizza hut because the Northpark one had closed permanently: - (and I couldn't get into all you can eat at Marion and they closed down today 27th June sadly. I don't know why they should close sad I will miss the dine in

Sadly there are now no more dine in Pizza Huts. And sadly no more pizza hut at Northpark.so semaphore is now the closest. Sadly but I like Semaphore and I know how to get there. And the pizza was good.

They deserve zero stars! 2&1/2 hours to deliver pizza to a house that is 12 minutes drive from the shop! No shift supervisor on duty and left 2x trainees in store.unacceptable

Food was over forty five minutes to get then was cold and they forgot my potato bit don’t think I’ll be returning soon maybe in a few years

Tuesday went to semaphore to enjoy the weather.
Bought a pizza which was fresh and yummy. Good value and great flavours

Very friendly staff and takes order even at last minute.
Fully loaded pizzas with no compromise in toppings or cheese. Best experience ever comparing to other pizza huts in Adelaide.

Wr haven't had pizza hut for years and now I remember why! We ordered bbq chicken there was way too much bbq sauce made it uneatable. Hawaiian pizza didn't have much pineapple. Very disappointing, will never go back there again

The app stated it was ready 30 mins before it was. Staff did this to 3 other customers while I was waiting. No customer service and blatant disregard for people who tried to time pickup to minimize possible covid exposure
