Pizza Hut Port Augusta

Pizza that would have been otherwise nice splashed with a ton of cold BBQ sauce before being presented to me.

Have ordered online for pickup on 3 different occasions and all 3 times pizza is barely cooked. Kitchen is filthy and entry door has not been fixed only opens halfway.
Will not be a return customer

I was pretty happy that Pt Augusta has a pizza hut. My only complaint was that I got the wrong pizza. I had a prawn pizza and was asked if I wanted any dressing on it and I said no. But got home and there it was. However I still ate it. Nothing would stop me. Just not a dressing lover.

I’m originally from Adelaide, working in Port Augusta. I’ve tried been to countless Pizzerias/Italians resteraunts and take away places. This is by far the best Pizza i’ve ever tasted. Great service, taste, affordability and cleanliness!

Ordered vegan wings online 29 April. Informed on call that they were out of stock. Called them multiple times but still waiting for my refund.

Worst customer service ever. The owner doesn’t have manner to talk to their customers. Really disheartened with this place and always rush to close the store even though your customers are waiting outside to order.

We were travelling back to Qld & pulled into Port Augusta for the night, arrived around 8.30pm on a Tuesday with most places shutting up shop, however this family owned pizza hut stayed open to cook our 2 pizzas for us, the grandpa behind the counter was a absolute gem and such a conversationalist, he was nice. Gave me a few tips for our travels that helped us a lot. We just would like to thank you for your sevice.

Ordered a large supreme five minutes ago, good pizza, plenty of topping with extra chicken, wanna come back in and ask for the little blondies number lol

It’s disgusting, i have ordered a hot and spicy veggie from them, and they gave me the meat pizza. And upon that they were not ready to accept their mistake. I really been a bad experience from this pizza hut.
The manager was so rude in his tone.

I order for dinner. Really really bad.
And the call recipient need audiphone.
Even I asked for Aussie friend talked to him.

My sister ordered a pizza last night. The dough was undercooked. The onions were completly raw. It just was not nice. Will not buy from this shop. Its just not worth the money. If you get pitta bread and put your own toppings on it is 100% better. It makes me sad because 20+ years ago pizza hut used to be a fantastic brand.

We ordered a Surf & Turf pizza.it was terrific! Best pizza we've had. Service & timing excellent!

The food was actually really good but the order wasn't ready in time which never happened to me with Domino's, otherwise I would've rated this 5 star

Great customer service, the guy was very helpful and patient. Pizza looked and tasted amazing, that cheesy garlic bread was perfect, cooked right and had the perfect crunch

This was one of the yummiest pizzas we have had so far. The pizzas were cooked to perfection, fresh and the service was amazing. They had so much toppings and the base was crisp, the manager at this place is so great, he was kind and even asked us about our preference whether you want it spicy or hot? The pizzas were made to be PERFECT. They were so hot and spice level was also up to the mark as we asked for. Great job guys.
We personally wanted to come and thank you (hope you can recognise us) but it was on our way during our trip so we had to do take away. We had the best pizza during our trip. Thank you! Thank you!

Out of the 2 fast food pizza shops in Port Augusta Pizza Hut is the most consistent with their toppings and quality bases, they are
my choice.

We were travelling through Port Augusta & stopped here for take away dinner. Service was prompt, the young lady was friendly. Our pizza & garlic bread was good. We also purchased the cookie which lasted four days as it was so big!

Ordered 2 4 Tuesday. Arrived for pick up and only one pizza made. They claimed it was a technical error in the ordering app. The owner manager was very helpful and made a second pizza. Thanks for caring.

Joel and the team are nice. They even called me when there was a problem on their end to make sure I got what I ordered.:)
