Pizza Hut Mile End

Five stars because the staff were great. The pizza was okay - but it’s Pizza Hut they do their best with what they have. Would go again.

Ive been going to pizza hut mile end for months now everytime i go with a hope that there custom service change, but it never changed they suck at customer service…. The youngsters that work there doesn’t even care about customer they don’t even reply properly.today i bought large fries and it’s half empty box.i went back checked with them.they are sure they gave me large fries.

Just ordered, waited for delivery, the young driver claimed after repeated phone calls they could not locate my house…. Enough said

My pizza Hut. Always good food, restaurant is usually clean and in good shape. Wait times could be a bit better though

It seems the management has changed. Excellent customer service. The food quality is really good. Pizza taste is the best I have eaten in Adelaide. There are always discounts going on so the pizzas are not that expensive in comparison to other pizza shops. Been ordering past few weeks, Pizza has always been delivered on time and in good condition.

Been here a couple of times in the past, wasn't very impressed with the service tbh. HOWEVER, our last visit couldn't have been more different with the new owners!
Order of 6 pizzas and 5 garlic breads were ready quickly and no mistakes this time. Lady owner was very friendly and kind. Will be back more frequently for sure. We've missed Pizza Hut pizzas since our local Welland store closed down

This place sucks! I ordered online when I went there they said we didn’t get your oder I showed them my transaction still I have to pay again to get pizza and staff was rude they really don’t know anything about customer service especially girl with glasses

They never answer the phone! Did an online order and it wouldn’t allow me to remove an ingredient I tried to call for 20 minutes and no answer to get the ingredient removed as allergic but had no luck. This place absolutely sucks.

This place is the worst. Ordered and paid online. Arrive at the revenue to pick up at the arranged time and the place is closed. Other times something similar has happened but at least received a call in advance advising of “machine malfunction”…. But today the place is all locked up without notice. What a terrible business. Too lazy to even turn the neon “open” sign off.

Closing time is supposed to be 10pm, but it often closes early without notice, usually 9pm.

It occurs quite often so they should just update their closing times if they are going to close early all the time.

I recently ordered delivery, which had never arrived. Though I received a phone call 1 hour before the due date to say that my order had been cancelled, the process of getting a refund has been tiresome, vague information has been provided, and I've had to call multiple times with none of my issues addressed. I have therefore requested a chargeback on my purchase as I believe no attempt has been made at providing my refund.

Ordered maroon dressing for QLD and because it looks better, but got served blue ranch instead.bruh

Franchise owners should not be running this store. They're in the wrong business. In fact I would say any business that involves food & customer service they should stay clear of. The place is grotty and unkempt, they're operating hours are unreliable and not in line with what they advertise, pizzas are often undercooked & stingy on toppings, it's an embarrassment. Won't be back I'm sorry. Don't like giving negative reviews, but in this case it's well over due. And looking down the page it would seem I'm far from alone with these views.

Dismal outcome! This franchise comes across more like a scam than a pizza place. My card got blocked on placing an order here and the order didn't even arrive. There was a fishy voice message left saying there was a covid outbreak at their place. And that they would call me. No mention of a refund, nothing! A week later, I'm still waiting to hear from them.

I witnessed some of the rudest service, not even directed at myself. Me and my partner were treated fairly poorly but my main issue came from yhe treatment of an elderly gentleman trying to seek help with their online platform. They walked away from him, didn't let him talk and eventually just told him no we are not gonna do it. Rude and unprofessional.

Loved this Pizza hut in particular because they care about the customers and give them the right advice.

The service overall is pretty bad. There is no organised customer support and the pizzad take around 1 hr 15 mins to arrive. Pizzas are okay though

The pizza base was raw & the pepperoni pizza has limited pepperoni.it may as well been a bad cheese

It's Pizza Hut. It's great when it's just out of the oven and you eat it in your car all by yourself.
