Food fresh and good sized portions.
We were put off by the way the staff in the kitchen area spoke to a young waitress when they were passing her meals to hive to patrons. The tone of voice used towards her when she was clearly working very hard in busy cafe was very off putting. I felt very sorry for her.
We asked for take away boxes and left.

I was expecting an expensive meal at another overpriced cafe, however the food was well priced, with large portions of great food. Personally I would recommend The Chick sandwich and the cold pressed juices

With attentive service and a welcoming atmosphere, this cafe in Middleton is not just a place to eat; it's an experience.
Pipi possesses an irresistible allure that makes you yearn for a swift return. A visit here is not just recommended; it's a must go!

Lovely place, staff super friendly, quick service and food is delicious. However my smashed avo on toast was a very small serve but hubby’s full breakfast was huge. All in all a good experience even though I left feeling a little hungry

Walked down to Pipis from our accommodation and were greeted by a super friendly and well behaved dog. Staff were excellent, warm and welcoming. The service was very efficient and the menu had a good variety of options. Both meals looked amazing and tasted even better! Coffee was also bang on. Would definitely recommend to anyone in the area.

Yeah love Pipi. Best brekky on the surf coast and always super friendly and warm staff. The owners Ben and Stevie are awesome

Nice atmosphere, coffee was good and staff were friendly.
The take away coffee took 15 minutes to be made which was too long when you're in a rush.
Overall a nice cafe.

Sorry about the photo, I got so excited about the food that I tucked in before I took a picture. We took our toddler to Pipi and it was great to sit outside in their little courtyard. She was able to run around as we waited for food. There was a great selection for kids and she enjoyed her toasties and baby cino. All our meals were fantastic.

The coffee wasnt bad and cafe is in a good area.

Unfortunately, I waited a total of 60 MINS from ordering for a coffee and a relatively small and average tasting toastie to arrive (cafe wasn't even busy). I sat there noticing others who both arrived and ordered after me getting their food first.

Do not sit indoors if you want to hear each other as the place is very noisy due to its small size and the ear piercing noise of chair legs against the hard floor.

In my opinion, the food is overpriced for what I received and the extremely long wait is just not acceptable. The owner of this place needs to provide some service training to their team and lift their standards, otherwise people will choose many of the other fantastic cafes in the area.

Excellent pancakes and coffee.
Great surrounds and service. Cooking could have been quicker.

Sought out the Pipi Cafe this past weekend based on a swathe of recent excellent reviews, and I was in the mood for a great coffee. First impressions were good with the Cafe nestled amongst a very leafy garden setting and a range of seating options. Then when coffee was delivered the presentation was superb. However, the flavour was waaayy off, to the point that I really should have sent it back. There was a lasting and unpleasant burnt or off milk lingering taste that I couldn't wait to wash away with water. To compound things, my companion had to wait 50+ minutes for pancakes to be delivered, long after the coffee was 'buried'. The pancakes turned out to be delicious but the extensive wait spoiled that.
Pipi Cafe has all the elements there that with great service and consistent high quality coffee, it could be an iconic little destination for Middleton. On this day, they did not produce the goods.

Such a great spot to sit with friends on a hot day. Greeted very politely, however, once ordering we waited 30 minutes for our food to be brought to us. Food was nice, as well as the coffee.

Love the granola, smoothie is great too. My wife and I enjoyed the lunch here. And more importantly, we love the name "Pipi restaurant"!

Beautiful service, coffee and a whole bowl of flavour for brekky.
This place was recommended by locals from Port Elliot and Victor. Bring the family and get a good coffee and a bite to eat.

Pipi was a pleasant surprise, the inside dining room is small however there is a large outdoor seating area in the side garden. The customer service is excellent, paired with a simple seasonal menu from local produce. There were several gluten free options and they make their own GF bread.

Friendly and faultless service. First time here and we were very impressed with the quality of the food, coffee and service. Rustic outdoor space surrounded by fruit trees. Prices are very reasonable. Will be back to try their handmade ice cream.
